Negative experience: BVT does not run their own tours. They sub it out to local vendor and it's a hit or miss. We had a horrible time with desert safari. The vendor was not BVT, it was Oasis Palm. Very disappointed with this tour. I was expecting much better service since I booked the excursion with Emirates Vacations.

Positive experience: Tour operator was good and took care of online bookings, so planned tours were good. However, the transportation provided was not much comfortable and punctual. Vehicle driving would be rash and back seating in car was very uncomfortable for passengers. Vehicles also are not friendly towards senior citizen or handicapped people.
