Negative experience: WORST TRAVEL AGENCY IN UAE!!! CHEATERS!!! ONCE YOU SENT THEM THE PAYMENT FOR THEIR SERVICE, AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE NO CONFIRMATION, NO RESPONSE TO CALLS OR CHATS!!! THEY WILL LITERALLY PUT TO YOU TO SEEN ZONE!!! ONCE SERVICE IS DONE AFTER ALL THE DRAMAS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF OVERSTAY FINE EXCUSES THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OF THE FEES THAT YOU HAVE PAID. THEY KEEP YOU HANGING AND IGNORING UNTIL YOU WILL SCARED THEM TO REPORT THEM TO POLICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT!!! AS A FRAUD!!!

Negative experience: This is one of the WORSE travel agencies here in Dubai. They said 2-3 days process for a refund to be approved. Since Monday we ask for a refund today is Saturday already. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REFUND? When I transfer the payment it gonna takes only a few seconds for you to receive my payment immediately but for a refund, it will take 48 years for your agency. Then they gonna deduct 10 dirhams because of the company policy. What is this a joke? I don't know why you have a business number or WhatsApp but you don't how to reply it's just you looking at it. I know my right as a customer. This is too much. I need my money. Please be fair to your customer.

Fantastic experience: Very Good Travel agency. They have two offices. One is in India and second is located in Al Qusais, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Their services is very good and fast. I have taken inside visa for two times through this agency. They provided me my first inside visa in 24 hours and 2nd inside visa in 12 hours only. Fees is also very economical as compared to other travel agent. I would like to recommend this to all visitors.

Negative experience: STEPPE HR CONSULTANCY FZ LLC Al Qusais Dubai is a big cheater travel agency in dubai who is cheated indian people he provide visit visa after that collect the money from iindian agents and promice the people will arrive Dubai with in 15 days he will convert to the employment , but he never fulfill his promice and send the workers back to india workers own ticket cant provide food and accomodation , he is big frauder and cheater please Bewar with him and dont give him any single penny he is a big cheater in Dubai his name is Arif and anis.
