Negative experience: Recently, I have encountered an instance of poor service that have left me dissatisfied as a customer. Tripsiya services Mumbai based company is one of the latest example, Ms. Sheetal is very unprofessional at her work, just making fool of other by not returning balance amount. Hence, we demand immediate payment of the outstanding amount. Moreover, we have asked her to pay our balance dues and it will result in legal action being pursued without hesitation.

Negative experience: Worst service !! Absolutely cheater lady specially lady named Sheetal . She is sitting in Mumbai and faking that she is in Dubai . I am 70 year old man and she cheated me with extra charges for Dubai visit package . I trusted and gave her upfront advance payment and now she is not returning even after 6 months . Dishonest and unprofessional . Beware from such fraudsters.

Negative experience: Wish I could give lesser than 1 star. Totally irresponsible agency. They charged money as everybody else. Thereafter, you're left to chase them on your own. While all other agencies were getting their visas done, I couldn't get me Visa for UAE for 11 days. I had given them my documents on 09 Oct 22 and they submitted application 4 days late on 13 Oct 22. Thereafter, they kept blaming the delay on Immigration system upgrade. I had to cancel bookings for my family and re-book them only after receiving Visa today, 20 Oct 22. Lost almost AED 1500 in the process. Upon asking for refund of the excess charges (Total fees-actual application charges) there's no response from them. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS.... Useless, incompetent lot. Further update to my last review. Despite numerous messages, there's no response from the agency. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY and WON'T DELIVER ON TIME.
