Negative experience: 2 മാസം മുൻപ് എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ട് വിസ ചേഞ്ച്‌ നു വേണ്ടി അവിടെ വിസിറ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ 1200 ന്റെ പാക്കേജ് ആണ് തന്നത്. അത് അവൻ അഡ്വാൻസ് 500 കൊടുത്ത് ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തു. ട്രാവലിംഗ് ദിവസം ബാക്കി പേയ്‌മെന്റ് അടക്കാൻ ആയിരുന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞത്.ട്രാവൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ട ദിവസം അവിടെ പോയപ്പോൾ ബസ് ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. കാരണം ബസ് അവർ ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് അവനു പോവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. അവൻ കാശ് റിട്ടേൺ ചോധിച്ചപോൾ അതിൽ നിന്നും സർവീസ് ചാർജ് കട്ടാക്കി 260 തന്നു. വിസയുടെ ലാസ്റ്റ് ഡേറ്റ് ആയതുകൊണ്ട് അവൻ വേറെ ട്രാവെൽസ് വഴി ടിക്കറ്റ് എടുത്ത് നാട്ടിലേക്ക് പോയി. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇവരുടെ കയ്യിൽ ആരും പെടരുത്. ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ അവന്റെ പകുതി കാശ് സർവീസ് ചാർജ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അവർ തട്ടിയെടുത്തു.നമുക്ക് അറിയാം വിസിറ്റ് വന്നു വിസ പുതുക്കാൻ എന്ത് മാത്രം കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാണ് കാശ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതെന്ന്.

Negative experience: My family and I had quite a challenging experience with Desert Safari. We were looking forward to a fun-filled desert adventure, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting on the road for 3 hours due to their delay. To make matters worse, we felt that the seating arrangement in the economy package was worst , and there were long queues everywhere we went food , camel ride , soft drinks . What disappointed us even more was the lack of communication from the company when we tried to reach out for assistance.
