Positive experience: Everything is good other than food. If you pay about 50Aed extra or you’re a premium guest, then the food is really unlimited and seems good also otherwise the food choices are very bad and the only unlimited thing is the rice

Negative experience: Cancelled on us 2h before booking due to find someone else who they can pick up- drop off and make and extra 50 quid. We was ( self drive to location ) won't recommend if you don't want to lose your day and plans ! As we don't leave across road you need to have guide here who tou can trust. Avoid

Fantastic experience: Took the Desert Safari pack with them. Prompt responses over WhatsApp. We were a group of 6, arrived early, so they gave us more time on the quad bikes. We also recommend the premium seating, good food and much less crowded buffet line and kabab queue. Good experience!
