Fantastic experience: Our driver and guide was Faisal. excellent guide, excellent driver and excellent person. He made the desert safari day incredible. Kind, friendly, fun and a good conversationalist. We were very lucky to have Faisal as our guide.

Fantastic experience: Très belle expérience ! Notre chauffeur Sheeraz était très gentil et attentionné, nous avons pu profiter de la sortie 4x4 puis nous avons pu nous poser sur les dunes pour faire des photos et assister au coucher du soleil, c'était très beau et très apaisant ! Nous avons également pu faire du sandboard, c'était vraiment chouette. Le repas par la suite était très bon, accompagné d'un spectacle (le volume était un peu trop fort mais nous étions plongé dans l'ambiance).

Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful time in the desert with our driver Toheeda. He was very nice, gave us water, played cool music and made us laugh, car was also very clean, he explained about the desrerts, took photos of us. Highly recommend the company. Thank you Toheed!

Negative experience: Bad experience, driver picked me up at 2:15 waited until 4:00 for the next group. Stop for photos in the desert of 5 minutes, had no stop to Sand board, even having two children in the group. At the camp the Indian lady responsible for the henna paintings is rude and does not let you do the "free" painting that they say you are entitled to when you buy the package. She just wants you to pay for the bigger drawings and when you say you just want the free one she is very rude, even hit my phone not to shoot the free painting, as if I had no right just because I did not agree to pay extra for it, all because I didn’t pay for a bigger one. The dinner is good and the show is beautiful, the food is nothing special, and the driver Rosario touched my breasts twice. That’s not good!!! They just want more money. Péssima experiência, motorista me pegou as 2:15 esperei até as 4:00 pelo próximo grupo. Paragem para fotos no deserto de 5 minutos, não teve paragem para Sand board, mesmo tendo duas crianças no grupo. No acampamento a senhora indiana responsável pelas pinturas de henna é rude e não deixa você fazer a pintura "grátis" que eles dizem que você tem direito quando compra o pacote. Ela apenas quer que você pague pelos desenhos maiores e quando você diz que quer apenas a grátis ela é muito rude, inclusive bateu no meu telefone para não filmar a pintura grátis, como se eu não tivesse nenhum direito só porque não concordei em pagar a mais por isso, tudo porque não paguei por uma maior. O jantar é bom e o show é bonito, a comida não tem nada de especial, e o motorista Rosário encostou nos meus seios por duas vezes. Isso não é nada bom!!! Eles querem apenas mais dinheiro

Fantastic experience: Wir buchten die Wüstensafari übers Kreuzfahrtschiff . Die Fahrt war in neuen Geländewagen. Der Fahrer freundlich u routiniert. Die Wüstensafari endete bei traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Danach gab es Bauchtänzerin, Feuerschlucker u Derwisch Vorstellung, mit anschließendem köstlichem Buffet . Von uns gibt es eine Weiterempfehlung

Negative experience: Fue lo peor que hemos hecho en mucho tiempo. El safari en el desierto fue pésimo. Nos llevaron a un punto donde se suponía que empezaba el Safari. Nos tuvieron media hora a más de 40° solo para que gastemos en hidratación, sin aire acondicionado, baños inmundos. Finalmente empezó la farsa. Nos llevaron a unas dunas que lo que menos era el desierto de Dubai. No esperaron para que podamos ver el famoso atardecer en el desierto. Nos llevaron a un Campamento que se llamaba: Leisure Holidays Dubai ... peor imposible: show malísimo, sonido insoportable, comida ... un desastre. NO VAYAN ! ES UNA ESTAFA!!!

Negative experience: OMG, i dont have a word to express the customer service received from the team who works there. If the management decide to retain their customer they have to really look in to that area.Its very rude,arrogant,completely unsatisafctory.They were trying to impliment their own rules once you are there. You cannot eat the food they treat you like they owe you something. In thier menu clearly mentioned what are the sevice or offerings,but you will not give anyting even if you ask for it.they will give excuse after sometime and so and so..please dont jump in to this.unless you have money to waste.

Positive experience: Well Organized desert safari, timely pick and drop with neat SUV Landcruiser as promised.. I must say the driver Shabbir was talented in desert safari, he was so polite, silent and patience, he has given a reasonable time for every event since we have 3 kids onboard, he dropped us back safely.. I appreciate Haya from DTT also quick in responding queries and arranged the trip with decent discounts. But only the food is average but not upto the mark. Events are stunning ... especially the fire dance event before climax.. Overall satisfied with the desert safari with an astonishing moment on 3/6/23.. Kudos to DTT/Dubai Leisure Holidays..

Negative experience: L endroit est un piège à touriste. Pour ne pas dire une arnaque. Les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le repas qui est en passant est infecte. Les boissons coûtent plus cher que sur l avenue des champs élysée. Endroit à éviter. Repas même pas servit à table. Il faut se mettre à la queue leuleu comme au centre aéré.

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend using this tour women and kids. Today I had the safari tour in Dubai and at the moment of having dinner my husband stayed with the kids (7 and 3 years old) at the table and I went for the food but for my surprise they did not wanted to give me the food, they wanted my husband to be also on the line and they started treating me really bad, they were sooo rude that two men from other tour had to intervine. I felt really bad for all the women on this region, they are not treated well. Please don’t take this tour with this agency, they don’t care about service or tourist.

Negative experience: Dubai leisure were suppliers arranged by our agent for desert Safari, the driver and the safari ride were good but that was it!Mr. Sharat Koiyla is the worst manager, he has no manners to deal with customers and their complaints, our table was put near the bin with no clean sheet and they refused to move us to a decent eating place when there were many tables available. The food was of poor quality I highly doubt 1 baby chicken leg and 1 skewer can be classified as bbq dinner(nothing like the pictures they have put on their website) which they will put in your plate themselves and you can forget seconds!

Fantastic experience: Great place for arrangements of local tour and specially for safari and dune bashing. Driver of Sequoia, Mr. Imran khan is very helpful and cooperative person. Our dessert safari was a great show. Great , comfortable and safe driving even amongst the dessert and sharp sandy turns. Adventurous trip. One should not miss dessert safari if visiting to Dubai.

Negative experience: Your driver Ahmed was very rude to our family who was on a trip to desert safari. It was as if we were getting paid to hear him. He pointed out to my kid stating he will find 500 dirham if he opens his shoes after sand dune bashing. Also started switching on radio at high volume when the family was talking to each other they had met after 10 years. despite he removing his seat belt number of times on the highway. Will not recommend anyone for their services. We just wanted to have good experience in Dubai hence we ignored him.
