Negative experience: When he receives the money from you, he does not give you a receipt for the amount, but he gives you a paper from the computer with the balance and there is no office stamp on it to prove the right of the customer. Second: When the tourist visa expires, he immediately makes an escape circular, which does not allow the visitor to change his status to another company. The office owner made an escape circular to a woman with special needs and begged him to cancel the circular, but he refused. It has no tourist discounts. The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with.

Negative experience: Hai this is ferose, selectmyflight service is good before but not now last time i gave for incountry visa change it will take almost one week time i submit my brother visa before five days valid they are doing the process delay then they are asking for the fine with me. How i will pay i'm submit my visa before one week vaild they are doing process delay.

Negative experience: This really is a pathetic service which they give Taking money for 3 months visa Issuing visa only for one month and after that they give false information and also lie to the customer who do not know the process Because of them now there is family who can not even meet each other They stop answering calls after money is deposited We have to chase Owner and employees both stops responding They block you from everywhere If there is anyone who can help so we can take this higher As they are frauds

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life .there collect money for visa 3times double the actual amount when you call their poor and unprofessional customer service after hearing your complaint there immediately ask you to call your agent who keep telling you to call the company and vice versa then mute your calls .I applied for a visa it delayed alot and after there said it's rejected and no refund then I paid for new one there delayed till I got over staying fine .really be care dealing with such a company not trust wealthy

Negative experience: one of the worst service provided We have taken visa changing package to oman, given very bad service. They have not given clear itinerary details, When we asked about this to one of this company agent, he spoken very rudely saying he will put our visa in blacklist and he will make us not to enter UAE. We never recommend this company to anyone.

Negative experience: We bought ticket and visa from them for my senior citizen grandma. We requested for wheelchair assistance as it is complimentary for older people. Strangely, my grandma didnt get the wheelchair, the airline said, no requests recieved. Their agent said the ticket comes with meal, strangely meal nor water was provided. We spoke to the airline and tried to lodged complaint. They requested for communication emails from travel agent. When these issues were addressed once grandma was here, no reply from the agent.. I would not recommend them. Cozmo is far more better!! Agent who dealt with my query was Sameena. Extremely unprofessional. Dont even know how to talk to customers. Instead of addressing as madam or miss, she calls me as “Girl”. While asking her why counters were closed of Air Arabia when my grandma reached the airport, to which she replies “Baba, her flight is after 6 hours”. My grandma reached the airport ahead of time because sameena instructed to do so. Goodness such a blunder with this travel agency.
