They provided extremely good service at a reasonable price, and all the Al Salama staffs are extremely knowledgeable and helped me plan the perfect journey without any tension. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure all of my travel documents and arrangements went smoothly.

Negative experience: Cant decide either they are careless and unprofessional or they just dont know how to do their jobs.......had worst experience last year still decided to give them 2nd chance so gave them my friend's visa work and they proved again their inability at worst....our mistake we reconsider them......they dont deserve it

At first, I was hesitant about availing their services since i did not have any person in between. They have always been very clear and upfront about any challenges that might arise and ensure to keep their customers updated every step of the way. The best part is, everytime I just have to send a few whatsapp messages to get a visa done. Negative experience: Worst ever Experience!!!! They take money without providing service Everyone Be aware of them 800 aed lost without any service.. Don’t see all other good reviews,i just saw the worker they themselves giving 5 stars rating. Its sure that there will be no growth for companies who cheat.. The fault was from your side,even though there was an extra day for the visa to get renewed,the worker lied to us that the previous day is the last day and the next day there shall be fine and made us to apply for visa for your company gains.
