Negative experience: Update: This company has threatened not to give me the money that they took until I delete this review. This may be a good indicator of the type of people you're working with here. *** I had a prior transaction with New Shukriya Travels of obtaining two visas way back on 30 November 2023 which relates to visa of two persons. On 31 January 2024, I asked Lara to extend visa of one person only, but she charged me for two persons. I was charged AED 2,251.57 but it should have been AED 1,100 only plus the applicable bank charge. Therefore I am entitled for the return of my money amounting to AED 1,100. I've been following up Lara and Badsha since Day 1. It's been 6 months+ now but up to now I still have not received the money they took.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with travel agency. They are very un professional and frauds. 2 times they did wrong on my tickets one time they mistakenly purchase the date. And same day i noticed and they corrected. Then yesterday i took ticket for today.i paid the money also. After i went airport they said this ticket is not issued. They cheated me to made by fake tickets. I dont know why they are doing like this. And they take this issue very silly. If im going to police case it will be a big trouble for them.Even they need minimum 2 or 3 hours to issue a ticket.

Positive experience: Service By Shukriya Travels for Umrah By Bus is Good,,,, am sharing after the Umrah is completed by bus alhamdulillah, Though Visa is some what late(for hours) but Mr.Naz responded very well nicely,, Hotel are provided same as stated in Brochure.Bus is not sleeper or semi sleeper,,after reaching Saudi Mr.Naz responded for some other about hotels.. If you are planning for Umrah by bus it will take 18 hours journey +break stops time + border time nearly 27 hours..But Visa , Bus , Hotel , Ziyarahs and Guide service are Good...(in my trip Guide not provided in mecca and in Madina Excellent Guide provided)....
