Negative experience: Worst experience with this company. Paid amount in advance for the visa. They kept money for 1.5 months and after my overstay they said we cannot apply for the visa. I will not recommend anyone to go there. They gave no proof that they have even applied for the visa. Later they were asking for more money to apply different type of visa which is kind of blackmailing.

Negative experience: This company lacks competence and professionalism, especially considering the cost of their services. The only positive aspect I could identify was the availability of Tabby installments, that’s the only thing that gets them one star besides that it’s not worth the time and money to deal with this company. My experience involved applying for a 60 days tourist visa, marking my first attempt at such a process. I had carefully planned for a seamless "airport to airport" journey, but when I landed back to Dubai, I encountered a significant issue. To my growing frustration, my visa was not ready, and when I reached out to the agent, Shmeen Sadath, he explained that the system was down and my visa was "in progress." this was just an excuse and a contradictory statement. Initially, I was patient, assuming that the issue would be resolved within a few hours, allowing me to leave the airport. However, as time dragged on, I faced unresponsiveness from Shmeen Sadath after 5 hours into waiting for my visa to be approved, he also failed to provide any clarity or resolution for my situation, I ultimately endured an astonishing 27-hour wait, all while sitting in uncomfortable conditions at DXB Terminal 2. This experience was not only inconvenient but also deeply unpleasant for anybody to experience. Please think twice before dealing with this company.

Negative experience: zulfair travel agency was worst service for salalah tour in EID holiday..AC not working in bus, only one driver in the bus from Dubai to salalah 1200km and food also they haven't provided properly and we did not even have a proper tour guide.. they spoiled our long weekend..
