Negative experience: We were a team of 11 who took one of their EID package.. They had promised to give us a 4 star rating hotel stay.. But changed in the last moment to a 3 star hotel, which was in a shabby location. The cheese tasting which was included in the package was litterally a disaster. In total the experience with them was dissapointing.. Compared to other travel agents we had dealt with.. Photos of Cheese tasting.. And the hotel breakfast area.. Which welcomes stray cats inside.

Negative experience: We 14 members with family and children recently visited Georgia for 4 days ,service is extremely pathetic.Transportation ,Hotel Room and literary are not as per promise .Tojofa Tour service will not prefer for future travel.

Fantastic experience: We had a family vacation planned for Dubai from India .i had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Deepa from Togofa.All the bookings and tickets were booked from their side including visas .Did not miss any place as it was pre booked .Had an amazing yacht experience as well .Deepa took extra efforts and made everything easy .Desert safaris and the private transfers were very comfortable.100% recommend them .

Negative experience: Super bad service, staff not profissional they said something and after pay they say something else. They are not honest they confirm wrong information to make people pay to them.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful experience of our family vacation in Georgia. Ms. Maya from Togofa organised it all. We just blindly followed her suggestions. It was so well planned that each day we had great adventure to suit our (especially our kids') quests. The hotel, our guide, and our day trips were great with Ms. Maya's guidance. There is an additional factor that Ms. Maya handled for us, for which I am personally grateful to her. The night before our travel, both my kids were hospitalised. So we had to reschedule our entire trip. While I and my husband were busy taking care of our kids, Ms. Maya managed all rescheduling, without an extra cost. It was only due to our preference of hotel that we had to pay a bit extra. But I never imagined it would be possible without much loss. So personally, thanks, Ms. Maya. We enjoyed our hearts out.
