Negative experience: I don’t recommend this company at all .. specifically the one named osama. At the beginning the application had mistakes nevertheless the emirates ID which one of the important items is wrong and i have record for both applications before and after correction. Then as i mentioned all times that i have exams and i am traveling for exams and i don’t have experience with such visa he just did the application and presented some documents that i discovered at the embassy that its not needed in addition that he advised me to Lie in the application for something that i can’t correct back.he didn’t even advise what are the documents that is needed from me to do. And then the lies keeps on coming on the day i suppose to receive the passport he told me that by his connections knew that i got accepted and lied again that he got mail that indicates that i am accepted and i found that i was rejected. He even refused to check his mail for reason for rejection and tell me u go to vfs to check for reason of rejection then after i insisted he came at night with very rude manner to tell me the reason of rejection and when i told him that how important information like this u don’t inform me about from previous in addition that i made clear for him specific situation.. he replied with very rude disrespectful manner don’t call me again i have blocked your number .. i told him that i want to inform the manager .. he said that he is the owner of the company.. id this is not another lie .. this not the respectable company any one can deal with .. he made me lose more than 12000 dirhams due the money i paid for the visa plus the exam that i will not be able to attend

Negative experience: The worst agency you can deal with. Try to avoid at any expense. Inconvenient, especially the agent called "Inas", they don't fulfill what they promise, they don't care what their customers needs are, they don't answer your calls when they're late and simply don't care! Avoid dealing with this agency at any expense!

Negative experience: Last deal was the worst …… I was dealing with them without have any timeframe. But when worked on timeframe and have critical deadline. They miss it without care of timing… Even not responding on phones or mails. They were the reason to miss two times the flight!!!!!

Specifically talking about Enas, who promises to give you a call and ignores your calls and WhatsApp message. من اسواء المعاملات اللي لقيتها بحياتي من شركة سفر. تحديدا من الاخت إناس اللي بتوعد بأتصال وتتجاهل المكالمات و الواتس اب ارجوكم لا تتعاملو مع هيك شركه مصاريي راحو عالفاضي ما عملو فيها شي. Update: Enas has called my personal number after the interaction has been completed calling me names over the phone and shouting. Overall asking me to remove the review on Google Reviews and telling me that she is "Too busy, to follow-up with me" and I should`ve called to check on the application. الاخت اناس اتصلت على رقمي الشخصي تتكلم بطريقة غير لإقه وبصوت عالي تطلب اني امسح المراجعه وتقلي انو التأخير كان بسبب انها مشغوله وانا كان لازم احكيها ذكرها Save yourself the time and deal with Osama, he is professional and would at least take the time to hear your feedback. اتعامل مع الاستاذ اسامه مهنيه عاليه ومحترم بالتعامل ويعطي العميل حقه بالسمع
