Negative experience: Very disappointing and not professional at all, we've waited for one hour to book us hotel and flight but ended up giving the price without hotel breakfast included despite giving all the details before also one of the employees told us that she will book the hotel and flight tickets, but for 3 days didn't answer the calls and Whatsapp.
