Fantastic experience: One of the best Tours and Travel service providers in UAE . This the Nth time they have arranged vacation tours and each time their service gets better and better only. My last quick trip to Salalah was completely out of the blue and they pulled off a really neat trip and managed things well with our little one around .

Fantastic experience: It was a memorable first birthday of our grandson, Kavin. Initially we were a bit anxious as we had a very little time to organise since his coming from US. Reena, Pallavi and their team in Airtravel came to our rescue. They are indeed excellent event organisers. They put together a memorable event for Kavin at the Sheraton Dubai Creek. They worked through all the intricate details of signage and patiently worked with us despite we revising our design a few times. They worked closely with the hotel property and ensured the banquet was perfect. Their team was there physically and ensured everything was taken care of to the minute detail. Everyone was personally taken care of. The kids had a great time. Food was heart warming. Marvellous event. Great memories for our grandson, parents and grandparents. We want to thank in particular Pallavi who interacted and guided us and ensured we got the best deal as well. Great team to do business with. Fantastic experience: Heard about the services provided by AIRTRAVEL, needed full scope travel plan including tickets and VISA for my parents. In a nutshell, I was interacting with Mr. Sagar Shah. He went above and beyond to find best possible tickets to accommodate my elder parents needs (Wheel Chairs, Seat Allocation and Meal Plan). Parents after crossing 70+, they are skeptical about the service. However Sagar was at the forefront to handle with airlines and also VISA was issued within no time seamlessly. Even when the flight was delayed, Sagar was in constant communications updating the arrival time, this allowed us time to plan for receiving my parents. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Sagar from AIRTRAVEL to all my family and friends. Thanks a ton.

Negative experience: Been dealing with AIR TRAVEL ENTERPRISE since 2017 - they were too good, but lately I have been having the worst experience - contacted the sales person SAGAR more than a dozen times -- on calls / on wahts app but was not responsive. I think all of a sudden the company is doing too good business and are not intrested in their old clients and appetite for bussiness is full. Negative experience: unprofessional company!unprofessional staff!not helping with your refund at all! i definitely not recommend this travel agency! i have worst experience with them!my agent keep on sending emails and there is no response at all! and they said there’s nothing they can do about it because the airline denied my refund !how is it possible! there is no reasonable explanation at all! no actions at all!

Negative experience: Very poor in the communication between the company staffs. I have clearly mentioned my visa requirement. Because of their poor communication I had a lose of 13200 INR. I will not recommend this agency for any kind of requirements.

Negative experience: I’ve tried them twice. Very poorly managed company. All packages are with low class hotels (unfortunately so called 3stars). I was alone, as the only customer in most hotels. Imagine that I had to follow-up with this tourism company everyday just to send me the trip package and plan and arrange for the visa. No one is following-up from the staff, since the manager seems careless. If your are joining a group trip, expect to be only with Indians (not at all the high class ones). If you book the same package on your own, you would save more. I’ve checked the direct hotel rates and it was lower than the package.
