Michelle, unsere fachkundige und superlockere Führerin, hat die Tour mit ihrer angenehmen Art zu einem echten Highlight gemacht. Und das Frühstück im Al Maha? Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das die Safari perfekt abgerundet hat. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Abenteuer und Genuss gleichermaßen schätzen!

Negative experience: Enttäuschende Erfahrung bei Heißluftballonfahrt Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte meine Enttäuschung über die kürzlich gebuchte Heißluftballonfahrt für zwei Personen zum Ausdruck bringen, die für den 10.02.24 geplant war. Trotz des im Voraus bezahlten Betrags von 750€ und der unvorhersehbaren Erkrankung meiner Frau, die zu einer Verspätung von lediglich 6 Minuten führte, wurde uns weder eine Kontaktmöglichkeit zur Ankündigung der Verspätung mitgeteilt noch erhielten wir eine Information darüber, dass man auf uns wartet. Nachdem der Fahrer bereits abgereist war, entschieden wir uns dazu, eigenständig per Taxi zum Treffpunkt zu gelangen und suchten die Kontaktinformationen des Veranstalters über Google. Leider gestaltete sich selbst die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Fahrer äußerst schwierig, da dieser weder seinen Aufenthaltsort noch den Treffpunkt preisgeben wollte. Letztendlich blieben wir auf den Kosten sitzen, ohne die Möglichkeit, an der gebuchten Aktivität teilzunehmen. Diese mangelnde Kommunikation und fehlende Kooperation seitens des Veranstalters haben zu einer äußerst enttäuschenden Erfahrung geführt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience

Negative experience: Do you want to go on a trip with the driver driving like a snake on the road, cutting off other cars and crossing the lane without indications and rolling down the window to shut up you? If so choose them. All of above experiences this trip would embark. So we bumped into the driver from this company on the street cutting off the lane without indication and right after this he drove next to us and shut and swore at us, but fortunately there was a police officer right next to our car which he didn’t see, and when he hear the alarm from the police he stopped and try to explain. This way of driving I didn’t expect from any divers not to mention he is a driver for a tourist company! Do you guys give you guest the same experience as well? Sorry I represent the general public and the experience with this company is not pleasant and life threatening.

Negative experience: my partner and i stayed at the JA Ocean View Hotel in Jumeriah Beach. booked at the Travel Desk, With Desert Gate. We booked to go to Abu Dhabi and see The Grand Mosque, A Desert Gate representative had organised a driver to take myself and my partner to The Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi for 900 Dirham which we agreed. I asked the representative at the travel desk if me and my partner would be able to rent abayas at the mosque and Desert Gate assured me we could get rental abaya at the mosque. The driver took us to the mosque, took us straight to this one single shop at the mosque, we were swarmed by 4 members of staff, dressed and sent to the cashier. We were charged 2 abayas for 1300 Dirham. We were told by the driver this was the only shop that sell abaya but said we could only buy. As we travelled all the way from Dubai to visit the mosque we felt we had no choice but to buy them. I asked our driver again, “these are too expensive, are we able to get these anywhere else for any cheaper?” The Driver then said “No this is the only shop that sell abaya.” Our day was ruined. We had spent all of our spending money on something we didn’t want. We simply wanted a cheap rental as requested at the travel desk. We cut our trip short. I reported this incident to the representative at the Travel desk straight away. He told me the Driver should not have taken us to just one shop and to have not told us it was the only shop we could buy from. He also mentioned that we overpaid for the abayas. Amir said he would get me a full refund, but is now refusing to do so. This incident has completely ruined our trip to Dubai. We thought Booking a trip through the hotel would be the most reliable and safest way to do an excursion, and presumed Desert Gate was a trusted company. It feels like we have been conned. This incident was reported to reception on the day of check We had complete trust in the Desert Gate company and paid good money for the transfer alone.

Fantastic experience: A most enjoyable, friendly & professional small group tour - Desert Safari, Dune Bashing and Bbq Dinner. Muzafar was our driver and guide - and superb at both. Plenty of enlightening commentary and discussions as well as a brilliant drive up, down and around the dunes on our way to dinner and a full lineup of entertainment at their Desert Gate Camp. Well presented, safe and great communications - definitely recommended for offering the complete package and delivering beyond expectations.

Fantastic experience: 10/10! Very slick operation, 10 of us went for desert safari, bbq and entertainment. Very professional and friendly team especially our driver Hamdan. Kept us entertained. Food at the desert gate was very good quality and exceeded expectations. Excellent facilities, washrooms were like top hotel standards

Fantastic experience: These guys were excellent in booking our activities in Dubai and took a major load off in terms of research and ensuring the tickets are legit. Very prompt with responses and extremely professional. They offer the dessert safari activity themselves which consists of dune bashing, sandboarding, camel rides, quads/dune buggy which is a must - super experience - they can also book stuff like indoor skiing, burj, view at the palm, jet skis, sky diving etc would recommend using them if you are planning on doing a bunch of activities in Dubai

Fantastic experience: Esperienza meravigliosa, abbiamo preso 3 pacchetti con loro. Fantastico Hamada che ci ha consigliato, e soprattutto parlava italiano che per noi avere delle informazioni specifiche era il Top. Il primo il bus turistico con la guida in italiano (anche in altre lingue) dove spiegava benissimo la storia di Dubai e faceva il giro sia nella parte storica che in quella moderna. Poi abbiamo preso il pacchetto del Safari, tutto meraviglioso, la guida ci viene a prendere in hotel e ci porta nel deserto. Dopo essersi accertato che tutti eravamo apposto è partito con la corsa per le dune. Si è fermato in alcuni posti e ci ha scattato delle foto molto belle. Per poi finire al "villaggio" dove abbiamo mangiato e assistito agli spettacoli, tra cammelli, falchi e danze tipiche. La guida era Saliim un ragazzo davvero premuroso, educato e tanto simpatico, 5 stelle anche per lui. Il giorno seguente siamo andati al Burj califa, molto bello, peccato per le altre temperature che con la foschia del caldo, occupavano un po' la visuale, ma nel complesso davvero una bellissima esperienza. Consiglio vivamente questa compagnia.

Fantastic experience: Very Professional tour company from Dhubai. We went to Abu Dhabi tour, Desert Safari and Local Dubai sight seeing. All of the tours were conducted very well. The tour guides are extremely knowledgeable. The tour Manager at Atlantis , Ahmed is very helpful for booking tours. He also helped us to get back our cell phone which we had left back in the ATV ,during the desert safari .

Negative experience: Mala experiencia. Hicimos el Safari al desierto el 5 de Marzo 2023 (éramos 2) contratamos con la condición de NO hacer las maniobras violentas en ls dunas porque vas saltando como un pochoclo en una camioneta llena de gente (6 + el chofer). Nos dijeron que si, que el conductor nos podía dejar en el campamento mientras el resto del grupo hacía lo de las dunas. Cuando le recordamos esto al chofer/guía de muy mala manera nos dijo que no era posible….insistí mucho, el chequeo x teléfono con su oficina. Nos miraba “muy mal” x el espejo retrovisor todo el viaje, a todos les ofreció agua cuando hicimos una parada a mitad de camino excepto a nosotros, cuando le pedimos botellas de agua de mala manera nos dio 1 sola y caliente!! No recomiendo esta empresa, contraten por otro lado.

Negative experience: Мы купили 2 экскурсии у представителя данной компании в нашем отеле. В ОАЭ мы не первый раз, поэтому очень хотелось получить удовольствие. Первой экскурсией была поездка в пустыню. Так как мы несколько лет назад ездили в пустыню (у нас было несколько остановок в красивейших местах нехоженной и не езженной пустыни, помощь от гида в виде подсказок для правильных фото с песком, сабсерфинг в пустыни и тп), мы увиделиви фото данной компании, рассчитывали, что получим такую же красоту и эстетическое удовольствие. По итогу нас ждало полнейшее разочарование: от Дубая до пустыни мы ехали 2,5 ч., вместо обещанных до 5 чел, машина была набита 6 чел.,что естественно при джиппинге не удобно. Дальше нас повозили по пустыне без единой остановке в настоящей пустыни, и сразу привезли к деревне, где будет шоу, до начала которого были верблюды и шоу соколов, а также платные развлечения. Но! В пустыню едут погулять по натуральном песку и сделать красивые фото. Когда мы поняли, что солнце сядет через несколько минут, побежали в надежде найти красивое место для этого, и не упустить солнце. Здесь нас ждало совсем разочарование, за каждой сопкой находилась новая деревня для шоу, много людей и джипов, заезжанный и вытоптанный песок, куча мусора и кусты, то есть ни о какой пустыне речи не идёт вообще... Пустая трата денег и испорченное настроение. На второй день мы купили экскурсию в Бурдж Аль Араб. Нам забронировали определённое время, хотя эскурсии проходят каждый час. Так как трансфера до туда не было, мы решили до этого посетить интересные места Дубая, но так людей везде очень много, мы понимали, что возможно мы опаздаем. Написали нашему менеджеру с просьбой перенести время. Он ответил, что это возможно за сутки, а за час никак. Мы спросили, можно ли предупредить, что мы опаздаем на 15 минут, когда понимали, что на такси мы приедем в это время. На что поступил ответ не знаю пустят ли Вас. Когда мы бронировали данную экскурсию нам сказали, что когда Ваша машина подъедет к Бурдж Аль Араб, водителю скажут, как проехать к ресепшн. По итогу, так как мы опаздывали, и конечно же, очень волновались, так как нам не давали никакой надежды, что мы не потерям деньги. Подъехали к КПП, нас развернули и отправили к другой гостинице, но и это была не та локация. Мы потратили намного больше денег пока кружили и искали нужный ресепшн, но когда нашли и нас стали оформлять, нам сказали, что вообще нет никакой проблемы в том, что мы пришли позже. Это говорит о полной не компетенции сотрудников, которые не готовы отвечать за качество предоставляемых услуг и впечатления клиентов. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДАННУЮ КОМПАНИЮ!

Negative experience: Взяли поездку в сафари, так как хотелось побывать в настоящей красивой пустыне. Нас заманили красивыми фотографиями и громкими обещаниями. К слову, пару лет назад мы были в подобной поездке недалеко от Рас-эль-хальмы, поэтому знали, что ожидать. В итоге из плюсов - еда, шоу, езда на джипах - все было как обещано. Из минусов - это была не пустыня, а пустырь возле трассы, куча мусора, несколько других стоянок рядом с нами, заезжанные пески... Одним словом, полное разочарование. Представитель фирмы ответил после, что так бывает. Программа же была, а за пустыню он не отвечает...

Fantastic experience: My family truly enjoyed the experience and I must say Desert Gate is one of the bests if not the best for desert adventure. They are very well organized and has a proper flow of the entire program - from the time of pick up, actual activities until drop off. I would like to commend and thank Dilawar, he is a true gem. He is not only a great driver but an amazingly informative guide and a great photographer. He was very patient and was the key for us to have a very memorable experience and even exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great adventure and will highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Today we went as a family of 4 with 2 babies - 1st aged 18 months and 2nd 5 months. We was instructed we needed to pay for our own private vehicle incase we didn’t want to do the sands dunes which obviously was more expensive for us but gave us peace of mind if the children didn’t enjoy it we didn’t have to suffer it for others and likewise others didn’t have to go without because of us. Ayad was our tour guide and was excellent from the beginning, he arrived early and waited for us patiently. We obviously had lots to organise in the car which he helped with. He drove through to the beginning of the tour very safely and attentive even when our baby was unsettled in the back he wasn’t fussed. When we got to the desert he trialled a few smaller sand dunes and asked us our preference, the babies seems to Settle when we was going over all the bumps so we opted to go For the sand bashing and he said if we change our mind at any point to let him know and we can change course. He was superb! Stopped for photos. When arrived at destination he was clear with instructions on what to do etc. he helped With prams, bags, even driving the car down to pick us up closer so we didn’t struggle with all our belongings at the end of the evening. The night itself was excellent and if you are a vegetarian there is plenty of food options for you to enjoy aswell. The sellers are respectful if you say no. If you accept a head scarf you will be charged when you arrive at the shows just so you are aware. The toilets and area were excellent and clean which is something I was really worried about. Toilet paper is provided and a shower if like our 1 year old decide to throw yourself around in the sand. The camel rides are short which is fine by us as if it was too long I feel it would be cruel. Plenty of photo opportunities and excellent service. On our return journey Ayad answered lots of questions about the city, the meanings behind things, places he would recommend, the king and his family… all of which was really interesting. 100 percent would recommend and thank you Ayacucho for all your thoughtful and kind gestures to help make our trip easier

Приятно иметь дело с человеком, знающим несколько языков, грамотным , корректным и умеющим оперативно решать многие вопросы. Я съездила на обзорную экскурсию, сафари и приобрела билет на "Ля перла" благодаря Ахмеду. Все экскурсии прошли отлично, единственный минус - это моё незнание английского языка, на сафари было несколько сложновато, так как все мероприятия проводились на английском. Но дружественная атмосфера помогла преодолеть языковой барьер, и теперь, находясь дома, в далёком Хабаровске, я вспоминаю всех тех, кто помогает нам, туристам из разных уголков планеты, объединяться в одну большую команду на таких вот экскурсиях по Дубаю. Я просто влюбилась в эту страну, где столько солнца, доброты и где я чувствовала себя в совершенной безопасности.

Positive experience: Sympa à faire. Mais bondé et fait en sorte pour dépenser plus avec des activités extra comme buggy, quad, photo faucon, etc..... Qui sont vraiment trop cher par rapport à la prestation 30min. Par contre masque de ski et turban nécessaire sinon difficile avec le sable et le vent.

Fantastic experience: DUBAI, November 21, 2021. Our Dubai Desert Gate guide (@dubaidesertgate), arrived 15 minutes early at our hotel. Our guide spoke only English and was very attentive and personable throughout our Desert Safari tour. We did almost 2 hours of walking on the desert sands, with a lot of adrenaline. It was perfect! Then we head to our Bedouin camp for our incredible gastronomic evening. Everything was wonderful, appetizers, food, shows and the delicious Arab “fashion” dinner. These were incredible moments that we experienced. Highlight for the Desert Gate Company, it was impeccable. We even had an amazing full moon Note 10. Negative experience: We left at 4 p.m. from the hotel to arrive green 6 p.m. after a 4 × 4 ride HOWEVER 6 p.m. we start to enter the camp with a chamezu ride (1 minute max!) The meal opens casi directly and early at the same time in Express mode At 7 p.m. the sprectacle starts, it closes the buffet (very small buffet) at 7:30 p.m. At 8 p.m. he suddenly cuts off and says it's over So people are all surprised No one could have dessert No surfing, the driver is waiting for us Some have not fzit the ewne or not been able to clean it 30 minutes later to obtain the final rendering Swawzrma and bread making nonexistent but sold well In short, a tourist trap (not known for this Dubai) !! Total disappointment 9 p.m. at the hotel

Nosso motorista não entendia uma palavra em português, e nós não entendiamos nada de hárabe e nada de inglês...mas ele fez questão que nós ensinar tudo q ele iria fazer e deixou bem claro tudo q nós iríamos fazer e tudo deu certo...foi bem divertido pois nosso motorista era bem alegre e gostava de conversar, ouvir músicas e sempre perguntava se estava tudo bem!!! Tiramos muitas fotos e gravamos muitos videos pelas dunas... Chegando ao acampamento teve show de falcão, passeio de camelo, fotos com camelos, foto com trajes típicos, tinha tatuagem de hena mais a pessoa q faria as tatuagens sumiu e nao apareceu mais...enfim teve lanche, sucos, refrigerantes, bufet, teve danças tanoura e apresentações de dança do ventre com churrasco comidas e doces tipicos do local... Gostaria de agradecer ao hotel "Manzil" que através do Concierge Services "Adam" nos enviou ao "Desert Gate tourism" Obrigado e parabéns a todos!!! Merecem as "5☆"

Positive experience: Ho recentemente effettuato tre attività mediante la Desert Gate, durante una breve vacanza di una settimana a Dubai. Oltre a questo avevo acquistato i trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto. Darei quattro o anche cinque stelle perché è andato tutto benissimo (in particolare il tour "Abu Dhabi" è stato condotto in maniera molto professionale dalla guida Moez Msolly). Sono invece solo tre stelle a causa di una unica, non trascurabile, critica, il tour "Discover Historic Dubai". Eravamo un gruppo tutto di italiani, circa una dozzina, ma non ci conoscevamo a vicenda, era stata la Desert Gate a "fonderci". La guida, un signore che parlava un passabile italiano di cui purtroppo non ho memorizzato il nome, ci ha portato (prima del tour) in una "galleria d'arte" Si trattava naturalmente di un semplice negozio di arazzi (tappeti da appendere, insomma). In una stanza chiusa e senza finestre il gruppo ha dovuto sorbirsi la classica presentazione a scopo vendita. Ad un certo punto mi sono alzato e sono uscito dall'edificio, ma ovviamente questo non impedisce la perdita di tempo, circa 30 minuti, e la assolutamente non professionale e non accettabile pressione psicologica all'acquisto. In pratica sono stato prelevato in albergo alle 8:15 ma il tour vero e proprio è effettivamente cominciato (al museo di Dubai) verso le 10:30. Inutile dire che la sosta al negozio non era assolutamente citata nella descrizione del tour. E per fortuna che ho messo le cose in chiaro, altrimenti ci sarebbe stata anche una ulteriore sosta in un negozio del Souk.

Negative experience: I booked their services from Dubai Airport to Palm Jumeirah & Back for our holidays. On our arrival in Dubai, they made us wait around 30 minutes at airport telling us driver is on its way. I thought its OK the service may be slow. But worst part was returning back to airport a week later. I specially reconfirmed our return trip to airport a day before & was assured all is fine. However the driver didn't appear at arranged time, thats when I called them & they said, they will check & call back. No call back from them for another 15 minutes so I called again & was told drivers is on it's way. I was advised by hotel reception that if driver does't appear 30 minutes from its arranged time, we should take normal taxi or we'd miss our flight. The driver did appear just when we were leaving hotel lobby for a taxi. When asked what made him late, his answer was "I am not late." This was bit shocking, so when I showed him the letter confirming the pick up time, he said he got message to pick us up only 5 minutes earlier & he showed it to me on his phone. Apparently he was right, but still very rude man because even though it was his company's mistake he was adamant that he is not wrong, and he is not late. I expected him to at least say sorry for the delay, even though it wasn't my fault but not, he kept on repeating, I am not late, I am not late at all. I'd never ever advise using this kind of service where mis-management is at it's peak. They completely forgot us and only sent driver when I rang them. Fantastic experience: Desert Safari, &Abu Dhabi Our family booked an excursion whilst staying at the amazing Atlantis, The Palm. Our family of 2 teens and 2 youngsters used the Concierge services team where we met the super friendly Maruf who gave us a range of options and pricing. We settled on an experience that also included evening entertainment and BBQ, shisha etc. We were collected by our driver, Numan, who was just fantastic. Thoughtful and super professional, he made sure every element of our trip was 5* - and he is an amazing desert dune driver - I told him he should go professional!! We have been so happy with Desert Gate via the Atlantis Concierge Services we have booked more excursions including a day trip to Abu Dhabi with another fantastic driver Ghulam Mohammed who was an absolute gentleman and gave us a google-like description of everything we passed!! Today we booked jet skiing - so you can guess, we highly recommend Desert Gate and their amazing staff!! 5 stars

Negative experience: Our driver was quite boring. Not a single word or introduction on the way there or back. We had to put our own music on to break the silence. I had to ask question about places we were passing and still no descent reponses. It's a shame parts of the desert we stopped at for a photo opportinuty was dumped with rubbish. The camels and falcons at the site were nice. Entertainment and food was average. I wouldn't book other tours with this company.

Fantastic experience: Mr Badat and family would like to Thank Desert Gate especially Abdul Samad(the Driver) for giving us an amazing experience in the Dessert. From the Dunes to the camp night, everything has been beautiful and definitely an experience we will never forget. In addition Abdul Samad was an excellent driver which added to the amazing Drive on the dunes.

Fantastic experience: This is my 5th desert safari tour as resident of Dubai but first time with desert gate tourism. it was longest dune bashing ever I had previously,.our driver Mr. Zahid Sohail was very professional and update us step by step through out the tour. Mr. Vaseem Raza was excellent with booking and follow up and later call for feed back, really thanks to him for wonderful.customer service. very nice quite and fully.decorated camp, free shahsa, henna, camel ride, falcon show, BBQ Dinner different from other camps, Night camal pass out and free falcon photos. pressing table with beautiful light. Fantastic experience: We lately visited UAE and during our visit 3 times we had an oportunity to use the service served by the "Desert Gate". It were: "The new and the old Dubai", "Abu Dhabi" and "Safari". Each excurtion was organised very professional. Safari in 4x4, V8, Toyota Sequoia was something I will never forget!!!

Fantastic experience: I book my tour from my hotel travel desk and I have been picked up from my hotel Reciption with a local Guide he speaks very Good English very informative and qualified his Name is Bari you will be very lucky if you will go with him He explains a lot of things about Dubai Then we reached the Dunes we had to much adrenaline Riding the dunes After we had a wonderful evening to many shows and a nice open buffet BBQ Camel Riding to and falconry show and uaola show and Egyption tanoura show and unlimited soft drinks I would recommend it as must do activities in Dubia When I will come back to Dubai I will do agian only with Desert Gate Tourism Desert gate is a very high quality travel agency

Positive experience: I really liked it. Our driver ( I am sad to say I forget his name) was awsome. Very informative and great fun. Real good driver and made our ride in the dunes awsome. Even saw a gazelle. The whole trip was great. Good food, great entertainment. This was the evening tour with bufee, ride and sunset in the dunes Dubai.Nice food, nice entertainment. The location of the dinner/ entertainment felt very fabricated for tourist, but just go with it and you'll enjoy yourself.

Fantastic experience: My crew had Abdul Bari as our man driving us for the desert activity. He was simply awesome. Friendly, fun, welcoming, that was a highlight of my Dubai trip. Go Bari I give you 140% entertainer of the month. If you want to have fun for the desert/safari tour, ask for to have Bari as your man. You will not regret.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience! We have so much fun while in the dunes. The company also provides rides with a very professional quadricycle driver. In the end of the safari you can enjoy a tradicional dinner and dance at their camp. Really worthy the price.

Negative experience: The transfers from and to the airport were excellent. Both drivers and cars were first class. We were let down by our 'experienced advisor' who made no attempt to contact us for the first three days. We had to contact him on the third day having to ring three times before making contact. We wanted to book a Dhow Cruise and were told he would meet us at 5pm on the day at our hotel to complete paperwork and make payment. A phone call from him that afternoon telling us he was not coming but transport for the cruise would be at our hotel between 6.30pm and 7pm that evening and we were to pay the driver. We sat in the lobby waiting from 6.25pm until 7.25pm and nothing turned up and no-one made contact. We decided to abandon plans of a dhow cruise. We never saw or heard from our 'experienced advisor again. Also we did not get any notification in writing (as stated) of our return transfer pick up time which should have been delivered to our room. It was left to us to ring Desert Gates office at 5pm the day before we due to be picked up at 4.30am (not very professional)
