Negative experience: I have processed for my brother visit visa. But staff in abu dhabi office not cooperative. No professional services provide. I am the one following up with them since applied. No proper email received for rejection. I have requested them for update then a lady Ms. Chandima sent an email of screenshot only. No one call / email for my deposit refunds. No proper rejection reasons provided by COZMO TRAVEL.

Negative experience: your land line not working.

Negative experience: No one bother to ask the reason of visit, no ticketing no queue, once you get to a station desk, then service is smooth, I applied for my parents visa, service was quick, later I had to visit three times to get my security deposit back and they don't even apologies.
