Negative experience: If Google Review have -5star, I will do gave that one as a rating. This agency doesn’t even deserve even just a one star. Never book with them as they will get your money, and will not explain how is the procedure. And once there is any inconvenience, they will ask for extra money and will fight with you. They will shout at you. Very unprofessional. Please, stay away from this service.

Negative experience: Worst agency saying different for visa process and after asking extra money for visa otherwise no process will done wasting time of customer and money charging extra..

My flight from cebu pacific was canceled twice and the 3 visit visa of family expired due to cancellations of flights .I told that Indian guy to refund my ticket and he's not even helpful at all.hes talking rude and not responding to my messages .I visited their office and he just gave me the number of cebu pacific office in dubai and walked out on me.everytime I send him a message for follow up for the refund he's just ignoring me.he didn't even refund my dummy ticket as well.i will not recommend this travel agency at all.

Negative experience: It was the worst experience I had with this agency,I had taken my friend to book a ticket & the guy name Rafi dint even explain us about the details of ticket and kept quite until we paid our money. He actually cheated with us. I never recommend this agency.its really worst.
