Fantastic experience: From the beginning they were very receptive and helpful. They were able to create a trip tailored to our needs and preferences. All the hotels and lodgings were great. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful and detailed. We will definitely recommend them to anybody who is traveling to Dubai.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for some tourism companies for our trip and were worried about being them genuine, so one of our friend told us that if the company is registered with DTCM then it will be genuine coz Dubai is very strict in terms of tourism. If anything goes wrong Dubai authorities take immediate action against the company coz they always supports the tourists.. On searching we found ALT Dubai(one of all on our list for the trip), on checking the reviews n all it seemed quite fine but stil we were very confused coz for the trip the whole amount of package is to be paid advance(this is the scenario for all the tourism companies). We were in contact with Mr.Shiva for all the discussions, he made sure that everything would be fine. After many phone calls, many watsapp discussions we finalised Alt Dubai for our trip and paid the full amount. Now the trip day comes.. He was always in contact, we reached there, the driver was sent on time and we were dropped to the hotel by Yashir bhaiya( our driver - and the best one you could have).. Then the trip went ahead.. We weren’t expecting much from them coz there price was quite reasonable, but to our surprise the type of facilities and everything, were very good. Most of our visits were shared basis on the itinerary but they provided a private vehicle for all. Everything was matched according to our timings and plan. The Hotel he gave was good, the location of the hotel(near Meena Bazar- the market for all types of shopping in Dubai) was one of the best anyone could have in Dubai( specially for people from India). Meena Bazar have many restaurants where you can find Indian cuisine and are pocket friendly. Anyone planning to visit Dubai can choose ALT Dubai for there trip without having a doubt in mind.. We were extremely happy by the service they provided and kept all the promises made.. And do remember to ask them for Yasir bhaiya as your driver, your trip would be awesome..

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from Dubai after spending a week traveling with ALT - Adventure Leisure Tourism . We wanted to express our thanks for just a fantastic holiday. Every aspect of the holiday was just perfect. The company representatives, drivers and guides were all of a very high standard. We would especially like to acknowledge one of our driver, Yassir Bhaiya. He was very supportive and could not be faulted in any way. An excellent driver. Thank you again for a well organised and fantastic holiday.

Negative experience: They didnt reply to my request

Positive experience: Wycieczka do Abu Dhabi to jakiś żart. Jedyną rzeczą na plus jest fakt że tam dojechaliśmy. Zaczyna się w meczecie, na co jest przewidziane 1,5 godziny. Jest to dość mało ale da się zwiedzic. To co dzieje się jednak później to już pasmo rozczarowań. Wioska dziedzictwa 30 minut. Następnie sklep z dywanami za minimum 3000aed. Później przerwa na lunch 30 min gdzie jest tylko jedna restauracja, w dodatku wyłącznie z owocami morza. Po obiedzie można zrobić z daleka zdjecie pałacu królewskiego (5 min). Kolejny punkt plac na którym można kupić słodycze. A na koniec Yas Island gdzie można wejść tylko do budynku na kawę bo na ferrari park nie ma czasu bo jest tylko 40 minut. Stracony dzień.

Fantastic experience: Based on my hotel’s recommendation, I booked few trips (Dubai desert safari, Oman Musandam, Abu Dhabi tour) with ALT. And that was one of the best decisions I had made in my last trip to Dubai in February, 2016. I found the services and response of this travel agency excellent and second to none! They pick you up from your hotel, provide nice and spacious car and drop you back at hotel at the end of the tour. My review will be incomplete if I don’t mention about Mohammad who was responsible for selecting tour packages for me. He understands what his clients are looking for and provides services exactly what they are looking for. The desert safari was awesome. It was complete half day tour included dinner and evening entertainment (belly dancing)! On the other hand side Musandam tour was completely different experience. As it’s in Oman, ALT arranged all the legal procedure and made sure the tour ran smoothly. It was a full day tour which includes boating, fishing, snorkelling, swimming, boating inside cave and lastly lunch. One of the best tours of my life! My third tour was Abu Dhabi tour which included visiting Sheikh Zayed mosque and Ferrari World. Fantastic experience! Overall I will give them 4.9 out of 5.0.
