I was on 3 days 2 nights exit to Armenia instead of the usual A2A exit. My exit is hassle free. No airport mishaps because I was provided with necessary documents. Picked and dropped in the airport. Stayed in a nice hotel with free breakfast & toured historic sites of Armenia for a reasonable price. My visa was released right away. No time wasted. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Kabayans, please never book or trust this agency. They are liars, when we book my cousin’s ticket, they mentioned that it is refundable without providing any disclaimer to us, now when we’re going to refund it, they are saying that it’s not refundable or they can process a refund but we have to pay more than the ticket amount. Ridiculous right? In the first place, Mr. Abdul Aziz, the agent name should explain everything to customers. We went there today and guess what, he didn’t assist us. We’re just sitting infront of him and he’s not saying anything or plans in assisting us. HE SAIND INFRONT OF MY FACE “I AM BUSY”. LIKE SERIOUSLY??? So please be careful in trusting them, it is better to ask for a letter from them with signature so that they cannot fool you.

I called again after 10 minuts, other staff pick the phone and told that Mr. so and so staff busy and we ll call you. No one call me back and never they pick the call again. Do you think you are the only travle agent in dubai.? Dear- there are 1000s other travels agents around. I have just closed the relationship of last 5 years purely due to staff attitude...
