Negative experience: INCOMPETENCE of the employees they possess some severe attitude problem and none of them know their job description, there are many Travel Agencies out there to choose from and the services are way too better than this. Do not deal with Ansia Travel and Tourism, its a waste of time, money and effort.

Negative experience: Not very responsive on WhatsApp even if their time schedules are updated on that platform. Lack of customer care and service. I hope you don't take this in a bad way, this is great for more improvement and for you to convert your customers into sales.

Negative experience: The team working seems unprofessional and not customer service oriented. Have been trying to get the feedback but in vain. Following up consistently however no one taking the responsibility and no have idea what they are dealing with. Really very disappointed.

Positive experience: we request to all passengers always pay in travel agency and collect bill , most of time we notice that passenger will pay out side of office and then they will blame travel agency ,, we request not to do this

Negative experience: Our ticket had been cancelled by this agency twice without informing us. Very poor quality of service. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I am extremely unhappy with the service, NOT JUST DISAPPOINTED but FRUSTRATED big time!!! Forget about waiting in vain before my concern is attended but the hassle of having a ticketing agent not completely explaining the "catch" of the ticket you are getting, be cautious, otherwise you'll be experiencing the same frustration i have been into.
