Fantastic experience: Happy to share my experience now I have been dealing with Nexa over a decade now. Simple, approachable and dependable service are Nexa tourism highlights. What prompted me to write this review is my recent booking experience through their staff Gero, who is based out of their Dubai office. I was really impressed with his commitment levels while attending to my requests no matter how complicated the request maybe. He was available round the clock (even during his off-days) to support us on our bookings. Each time he would patiently offer us various pricing options and solutions providing us ample flexibility. Nexa and Gero have now become my family's top ranked service provider for all our travel needs. I would also highly recommend them to my network. Thanks and best wishes. Negative experience: I'm surprised how NEXA got a 4.5-star rating since their service does not qualify even a single star. I'm giving one star, only because there is no option to post the review without selecting a star. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from NEXA. I paid AED 5,500.00 to NEXA 2.5 years ago, and since then, I have not received any assistance that was promised. This is completely unacceptable. I would like to share the very recent experience I’ve had related to booking a hotel apartment for myself, my wife, and our 4-month-old baby. For the past two months, I have been sending multiple emails requesting this booking, yet I have received no positive response. One of their email response was about to confirm the staycation in AbuDhabi. So I booked my flight to India from AbuDhabi assuming that NEXA will book the staycation. But after that, I did not receive any response from NEXA regarding my staycation which completely ruined my vacation plans. When I attempt to call Nexa Customer Care, they are not even listening what I have to say. They repeatedly told me to send an email, but when I sent emails, there was no response. This lack of communication and responsiveness is appalling, especially considering the amount of money I have paid for the services. I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer care, but it is clear that these expectations have not been met. People who read this review, I request you don’t fall into NEXA’s TRAP I demand an immediate response and resolution to this issue. If I do not hear back from Nexa within 48 hours, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and pursue all available legal avenues.
Negative experience: We visited BurJuman Mall to eat with my family, where a man was giving away free raffle draws to nearly everyone he saw. Later, they contacted us via message and phone call, claiming we had won prizes with no fees involved—free vouchers, kitchen items wrapped in fancy gift wrappers (which turned out to be cheap bowls worth about AED 10), a free hotel stay outside the UAE, and VIP concert tickets that were never provided. After receiving these items, they offered a "once in a lifetime" discount card available only that day, claiming the discounts were exceptional. They initially priced the card at AED 1,000 but then lowered it to AED 500 to entice us. They asked us to sign a contract and provide a receipt to appear legitimate. However, when we tried to use the card, they dont respond. It’s a scam.
Fantastic experience: I'm just new here in dubai and it was my first time to explore here and suddenly I didn't expect that the guy approach me to fill the voucher for the promotion and suddenly after how many days I received a call from NEXA TOURISM that I won so many prizes.. Fantastic experience: Happy with you team We thoroughly enjoyed our Thailand( Bangkok - Pattaya) four days trip. We visited Buddha temples(wish we could visit more palaces and temples),Gem Stone manufacturing units and also enjoyed the Safari World tours (must visit in Bangkok). Loved the coastal lines and coral islands in Pattaya .Got the experience of Paragliding,snorkeling and jetski etc... We had an amazing experience at the cruise. Had a great dinner buffet,enjoyed the outside views and the breezy atmosphere gives overall good vibes. We loved the Thai street food and the mixtures of tropical fruits.Its a great place for good food, good people and great vibes. Special mention to our local tour guide "Gem" who is very accommodating ,cheerful and who is very knowledgeable about the areas and does all the efforts to make sure everyone enjoy the trip at its best. Negative experience: dear nexa team ,i would like to inform the team and people in uae ..the nexa team approached us and told we got selected as part of the promotion the team offered us gift voucher like cruse for couples and tow children , 4 days hotels stay and kitchen set ..we visit the nexa team , they give us the voucher and told that they are gifting us kitchen set which will be delivered with in a week ..but its allmost one month we didn’t get yet ..and drawback of cruse voucher is we couldn’t choose the date we wish we have to go according to their time ..hope the team improve the little things like this … thank you

Fantastic experience: Happy to share my experience From what I've read on here it seems people only have a bad taste in their mouth from bad experiences during the presentation not the actual product itself. My personal experience was in fact a positive one. I was on holiday and went mall where I was approached by a polite young lady at the mall. She offered me a voucher in exchange for 30 minutes of my time to show me and my wife some vacation membership options. We decided to take her up on her offer and was appointed to meet a representative the following day. We were met in the evening by one of the representatives who took us for presentations followed by an insightful presentation on our options as a travelling membership package At the end of the presentation we were offered a 10 year option which we declined due to the price being slightly out of our reach. We were then offered a much more affordable 3 year plan which we decided to take. The time with the salesteam was a million miles away from some of the comments on here. No pressure, very professional and easy going. At first we were slightly nervous if we had made the right choice. Fast forward to now I have absolutly no complaints. We have used both our insentive weeks that were offered With those 2 holidays alone I've more or less broke even on my membership, with 3 more years left to enjoy. For anyone looking to buy, all I can say is that it’s working for me and everything that was offered during the presentation has materialised. Well done.

Negative experience: Fraud company ever saw in UAE. They fool people by giving them gifts and later on they ignore the customer from availing voucher which they have provided to them. Horible experience ever faced in this. Negative experience: Update: In response to the reply given by SRN Nexa Tourism, there are 2 things I need to point out. 1. Nowhere in the contract is it mentioned that they do not provide services during peak season, nor was it mentioned while we were signing. 2. As per their policy, we had requested their services >60 days before our date of travel. Thus, I don’t understand the emphasis on them providing services during peak season. For public awareness, I would like to share my experience. I bought a package for AED 14,000. My package included flight tickets, hotel stay, transport from and to the airport, and a city tour. I received the hotel booking and transfer from the airport to the hotel, but they failed to provide other services. The city tour was not provided, and I ended up paying AED 1200 out of my pocket for a tour instead. When asked for reimbursement, they only agreed to pay AED 640, and when we raised concern, told us to `kindly accept it for smooth transaction`. Similarly, for transfer from the hotel, there was no update on it whatsoever, so we had to pay AED 240 for that as well. The flight we were provided was unsatisfactory, thus we were forced to buy our own, for which they ensured us a reimbursement of AED 6200, and we agreed. The total reimbursement sums up to AED 7,080. They confirmed this amount through email. They promised we would receive the reimbursement within a month. This promise was made before 8th April 2024, which was the date of our travel, which means we should have received it by 8th May 2024. They failed to meet this deadline, and further promised, by email, to refund the money by June 10th, 2024, at the latest. Until today, 24th June, 2024, I have yet to receive a penny from them. And now, after involving the authorities, they gave us an instalment plan until the end of December 2024 to reimburse the money, and the plan only mentioned AED 6,700. (This is the financial position of SRN Nexa tourism) I now ask the public to help us out in any way possible, and ask the concerned authorities to take action against this company. Also, please beware of such companies, make sure not to get trapped. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by SRN Nexa Tourism. I purchased a travel package from your company with the intention of planning a trip to Turkey. Instead, I was asked to make the bookings myself with the assurance that the company would reimburse the expenses. Additionally, the promised Istanbul tour was never provided, further adding to our dissatisfaction. Despite providing two deadlines and obtaining written statements promising a refund, I regret to inform you that no reimbursement has been received to date. This not only affects me and my family personally but also tarnishes the reputation of the tourism industry in the UAE.

Negative experience: Yes nexa is a big SCAMMER, I received a call also and they told me that I won some voucher and kitchen ware and I need to come to their main office to claim the price with my valid id.when I reach their they start offering me there package because I am their fo so long to make the story short and I can go home I decide to partially buy their package and next day early morning or like after 12hrs I come back and I told them I will not continue for this package they told me that you can do that process in their website..send email.or call . When I call no body answer my call and email.i keep sending E mail after few weeks they replied that No refund once you purchase I come back within 12hrs but refund for them is not possible. As I have been trying to do for the past couple of months is to cancel the holiday package services I have signed up with you. I have been requesting an office appointment with you to amicably close this request. YES, I have made a minimum down payment of AED800/- out of AED4,000/- (approx. I could not remember the exact amount, I have to check the membership contract.) I am sharing you once again my experience. Honestly, I really didn't want to sign up with your Holiday Package, since I went to your SRN NEXA office, located in Centurion building opposite DCC, to claim the "free gifts" which you said I have won from a raffle with no payments required. (I have attended the Planetshakers concert, that is where I filled out the raffle ticket.) I even informed your sales agents in your office, I did not have extra budget for this holiday package at that moment, but they were consistent and determined for me to sign up. Due to their continuous offering and pushing at that time, it really sounded like a very good package or "TODAY ONLY OFFER".. I really felt cornered, and they would not let me go before I signed up. I eventually got to sign up at the end. Before signing up, I even asked your sales agents if in case I have a change of mind in between while paying up the installments, can I cancel/withdraw my membership? Your sales agent said "YES" it was perfectly fine. I just needed to pay off the ADMIN CHARGES which may cost MORE OR LESS AED200/- (SO IT MEANS I WOULD HAVE AED500 to AED600/- REFUNDED BACK.) Kindly note, the terms & conditions were not fully explained by them, after I had signed the documents the envelope was sealed completely by the agent before he handed me the documents. I was able to read the contract completely, including the super fine prints, upon reaching home. To cut this short, I just want to cancel whatever I signed up with you and kindly requesting you to please refund my money. I NEVER USED ANY of your services / vouchers / discount card / freebies up till this moment. I believe, with any other services here in UAE or anywhere in the world, the customer has the rights to cancel a service or membership despite of whatever reason. Since you are the service provider, you would have to proceed as per the customer's request along with the discussed terms. I have been requesting to amicably resolve this for a couple of months now, but no progress up till this moment. You are customers too at some point, and I know that you know what I am trying to say. So please, do process my cancellation request and refund. Hope we can resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Negative experience: Part 1 of review : Difficult to get anything booked with them after purchasing a voucher. Part 2 of review: After posting a review here, i received a call from Nexa immediately to remove the comment or else ! ( firstly i have never got them to call me for any booking matters until date but got them to call me for this funny ) followed by an email without confirming my travel bookings which i have yet not received. Part 3 : Reply to your comment - as per your delayed responses to book our tickets as desired within the 1st year, your team sent us a confirmation that the voucher has been renewed for the next 2 years and hence we do not need to send them emails for our bookings rest assured! speaking with you since 2022 has left us with no further patience to receive any waiting delays but await actions on our truly sold holiday package. Part 4: 7th July 2024 - After a 1 month of trying to get our tickets and hotels booked via Nexa , they have informed us to bare the additional cost as the flight tickets are costlier . As a general rule - The earlier you book your ticket, the better rates you deserve! As Nexa have failed to book our flights prior they claim only now that the flight tickets do not fit within the paid voucher and that we have to bare additional costs ourselves if we still want to go for our holiday as planned! After a 1 month of continued folllowups and back and forth with them, we have still not received our flights or tickets.

Fantastic experience: Our first experience with Nexa for our trip to Serbia was great. Mr. Dev helped us plan our trip and he was always available for support. Special thanks to Mr. Robin as well from the team who was very cooperative with my concerns and made sure he adequately addressed those concerns. Our guide in Serbia, Mr. Igor, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the trip extra special. Only downside was that the hotel, although close to the city center, did not have a lot of food options, especially for dinner. We also faced flight delays both while traveling to and from Serbia but that was not in the hands of Nexa. Overall, we highly recommend Nexa for a well organized and wholesome trip experience

Negative experience: SCAM!!!!! Dont fall into this trap, they called me and i was told i won some prizes, like VVIP tickets, hotel stay , dhow cruise. Their venue to give away the tickets was in W Hotel Abu Dhabi they called during Eid. To cut the story short they will just lure you to come to the venue and they will sell their products, i was so angry because i drove 2 hours from al ain with the kids, wasted my time and effort. And theres no VVIP ticket they will just enroll you into their system, hotel booking that u need pay 599 aed to them upon booking, dhow cruise for 2 pax they said 4(only in dubai). I feel so stupid to believe that phone call. They are fraud, telling false information for u to come to the location so they can perform some marketing thing. I am so furious!!!!please stop this kind of thing government should do something about these people

Negative experience: First of i would like to inform All you guys from SRN nexa tourism LLC are BIG SCAMMER , dont believe them once you recieve any call and messages from them they will tell you , You won there promotion this is the strategy to encouragge you to come in there office , after that they Will offering you alot of promotion and once you agree that is the starting day that you Will not forget , they will charges you a lot of money with extra interest and they Will not inform you about that and you will surprise and regarding to packages they are giving is not the same that they explain and tell you , since the agreement are long pages they will as you to sign it like a rush time so you will missed it to read , thats the strategy of this company , a lot of people are complaining on them you see on comment review all guys are telling the true! And im one off them that get scam!!! I lose money, get stress , and very bad experience from them , Please guys dont believe them for your awareness take care ! We have a group of people are creating complain from them you guys can messages them if you dont believe all are in Google review ! Good reviews its lie to cover up Only there all complain !!!

Negative experience: Guys don't come in the trap of Nexa Tourism Free Vouchers.. They call you and tell you that you have won gifts but after getting all these sales pitch and vouchers when you ask to redeem they will not respond.. We told them clearly that we want to redeem the staycation voucher in UAE itself. On the phone they agreed but after getting the voucher we sent emails and all the details but to my surprise non of the team members responded. Stay away from this trap as neither we received any dinner set nor the services for which they promised

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with NEXA. This was my third vacation through them, i must say they have very cooperative staff and they are highly professional when it comes on commitment, my daughter traveled alone from Dubai to Europe , I and my wife was already in Europe and we were bit worried that our daughter is travelling alone but they made sure that they were in touch with my daughter all time and made sure that our stay and trip was well organised. Negative experience: My husband received a call from Mr. Deepak, who said that his senior, Mr. Saqib, told him to ask us to delete the google review or else they would take legal action against us. After buying the full package which included the flight tickets, airport transfers, hotel stay and city tour, they made us buy our own flight tickets, spend our own money on city tour and arrange transfers ourselves. After coming back, we are trying to get our money back which they promised us but nothing till today. I pray that no one fall in their trap.
