Negative experience: The worst travel company. I would never recommend them or use them. I have been trying to rebook my open return ticket for almost 3 weeks. The TAs I have been dealing with don’t know what they are doing, and are lying about the fees associated with rebooking my tickets. I know that because I checked with airlines directly.
