Cozmo Travel Umm Al Quwain

Negative experience: Just for one date change, they are charging 650 dirham, I don't know why because I asked from flight head office, and they told me we are charging 50 dirham, but COZMO charging 650. I think it's an unfair issue

Fantastic experience: I heard cozmo travels are one of leading travel agency in uae. I just wonder how they don’t have swiping machine for payments. Even if there is they asking me extra charges for swiping debit cards which is not cool at all. Now days every small groceries have credit debit card machines. please have it in your umm al quwain branch too. I don’t know about your other branches.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service .. no mannerism and ettiqutes. They are not even explaining anything if a customer is new and asking some doubt. It's their responsibility to give the detail else why they are sitting in the office rather can be at home. Especially the Male employees. Head of the department must take step against this.

Negative experience: Poor service: I paid for a 3-month tourist visa and was only given a PDF copy and not the original even though it was included in my fee. When I requested multiple times for the original visa and a no objection letter, I was told to visit their branch in Sharjah, only to be told I need to go back to the UAQ branch to apply. When I requested for those documents they tell me to call again tomorrow, as if they couldn't be bothered to do it today. I think the staff are unhelpful, don't know what they're doing and got annoyed when I asked them to do something. To be fair, the tourist visa came quickly, within 3 working days. But I will never use this company again.
