Negative experience: لديهم مشكله في ارجاع المبالغ الماليه وإجراءات معقد جدا جدا جدا يطلب منك دفع كاش عند الحجز واذا التغت التذاكر من طرف شركه الطيران او تم الغاء التذاكر الرحله يتطلب منك اجراءات معقده لارجاع المبلغ مثال اذا العائله 5 أشخاص يطلب منك صور بطاقه الهويه للخمسه أشخاص ويصدر 5جيكات ويخليك تراجع بنفسك البنك لارجاع المبلغ إجراءت معقد ولا انصح به ابدا بأن يتعامل معهم وحتي اثناء اي امر طارء لا تقدر ان تتواصل معهم سيئين جدا جدا

Negative experience: مكان متواضع ليس فيه ارشادات للمكان أو علامات وقوف للزبون ممكن تمر على المكان ولا تعرفه كذلك الموظفين ليس لها اهتمام بالزبون لا يهتم ثقافة هندية بحته افكار عنصرية لا تخدم المجتمع ولا عملية التطوير الخدمات وكالة السفريات يجب ان تكون اكثر من هذا في التسويق حتى الموظف الذي قابلته لم يطلب منى لا اسمي ولا رقم الهاتف يدل على عدم الاهتمام
