Negative experience: الاستاذ شريف رشحلي فندق لعمرتي في مكه على اساس انه ٤ نجوم ولما طلبت منه لينك الفندق لم يزودني به وانا على ثقه بالأستاذ شريف وافقت على حجز الفندق ولما وصلت مكة اتصدمت بندق رث قديم متهااالك نجمتاااان فقط، والغرف ذات رائحه كريهه والحشرات على السرير وفي الحمام

Negative experience: Bad experience with umrah package they fooled us with a 4 stars hotel booking but it’s 2 stars only, which was a horrible unclean one and that made our trip so hard Not recommend at all

Negative experience: السلام عليكم .. هذي الشركه ماديه بشكل فضيع ماعندهم مصداقيه في شي قبل الحجز طول الوقت يقولون لنا حتنبسطو وحتنبسطو و الله تعبونا من اول ماطلعنا من الامارات لين طرابزون سكنا في كوخ المغرب كله عناكب كبار والكهرباء تنقطع بالساعات و الماي نفس الشي تم التواصل وياهم ولا فيه اي حل والاتفاق كان ع السياره مرسيدس فيتو و الواقع شي ثاني باص الكراسي تتحرك شرق وغرب و كل ما اتواصل وياهم يقولون باجر بنغير لك ولا شي تغير .. مكتب سيئة جدا في التعامل ياخذون الفلوس بعدين يشلون ايدهم من كل شي .. من غير كان الاتفاق انه نسكن في طرابزون وسط المدينه سكنا مكان في الصناعيه وكل شي بعيد ماشي فيه مطاعم ولا خدمات كله قطع غيار و مغاسل سيارات.. ويوم تواصلت ماكان فيه تعاون ويجادلون يقولون مافيه صناعيه في طرابزون يعني حتى مايعرفون وين هم حاجزين لنا ... قطعنا رحلتنا ورجعنا على حسابنا لانه حتى في تغير الحجز ماتعاونو ويانا وعلى كل شي يطلبون بيزات .. وقالو لنا بيتواصل مدير الشركه ونفس الشي ولا حد اتصل فينا نحن كنا نتصل وللعلم المكان في الصور غير للواقع تمام .. مايعرفون يحطون جداول حلوه جداولهم مخربطه

Negative experience: لو اقدر امسح النجمه بمسحه .. مايستاهلون حتى النجمه .. على اي تغير يطلبون فلوس .. السفره كانت لطربزون.. الفنادق مب الي اتفقنا عليها.. السياره االي بتنقلنا غير المتفق عليها.. كل شي وعدونا فيه ماسووه .. لدرجه انه حاجزلنا فندق ف نص الصناعيه.. قطععنا السفر و غيرنا الحجز و بنرد البلاد .. مكتب جدا سيى
