Negative experience: Experienced Very poor service and bad behaviour by GM Mr.Hakkeem (Dubai Kharama) Due to their last minute visa extension, we overstayed for 3 days in the country. No planning, no timing & poor coordination. Dont know how to deal customers.. Irresponsible person.
