Negative experience: I booked a desert safari with this company. I had my elderly parents and an infant with me. Their driver Baber Ali was very inconsiderate and impatient. I hope they improve their service and provide a guests a better service.

Positive experience: I have very good experience on online deals and offers. Their service is very fast. I was dealing with Mohit and he is excellent in his service. I booked local uae attractions with him on very reasonable prices. I recommend Rayna Tours.

Fantastic experience: Went for a short trip with family to Georgia. Thank you Rayna Tours and Travels for arranging such a well organized trip. The hotel was also good with all amenities including complimentary breakfast. The highlight of the trip was our local guide, Mr. Vakhushti (Vako) ! who made us feel special and treated us well. He's an awesome photographer too. A very friendly, dedicated and sincere guy who took us all around very patiently. Highly recommended.
