Negative experience: On 29th night around 9:45pm i went akbar travel at Ras Al Khaima Nakali,to check my ticket to Delhi and the staffs are all Indian Kerala, there are total 4staffs at the office,1 with glass busy in phone, one talking with another customer, one sitting and I think the boss is getting ready to go home..I try to talk with the free staff but another person told me go to other person who was busy in phone..I waited almost 10mins there were 4 staffs and only 2customers but so bothered less Akbar travel.. so far I heard so many good things about this travel agency but the those moments makes me feel that booking online ticket of own is better than Akbar..so much worst experience I had visiting this Akbar travel.. I ll suggest my friends and family not to use this Akbar travel agency..who ever reading my google review make sure they treat you as genuine customers after all we paying it’s not only about money it’s about self respect,name of travel agency and the humanity..so horrible experience and feeling stepping at Akbar travel.. Wish there is option to give half star..Akbar agency you need money we need service.

Negative experience: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! When I first called, the person told me to call after few hours then when I finally called the person said I am busy then he took my contact details but didn't approach me.

Fantastic experience: I went there for ok to board certificate one of my relatives came to UAE by indigo flight it's necessary to do ok to board certificate from the indigo airlines in my case my relatives was coming by indigo flight. Akbar travels also provide the ok to board for indigo flight passenger .. they did just in 5 minutes they want visa tickets and passport copy.

Negative experience: Really very bad service.. i feel very bad because totally destroyed my trust about your travels. For visa exit my wife waiting in sharjah airport 24 hrs. Immegiration side everything ok. But this travels agents are not responsible properly. Visa time they told maximum 3 hours. But they told me yesterday 10pm today not posible. My wife exit morning 7.45am. But travels peoples told still not showing the exit in system.. you are playing with persons who trust you. Here after i will not come to ur travels. And i will not suggest to anyone. When u want money to pay speak nice. But for visa process very bad. Still my wife inside the airport last 24hrs. Even no one response to pick the phone calls and not answer properly.
