Fantastic experience: So me and my best friend were hopping to three different countries. I was close to feeling depressed when Emirates refused to process our visas since we didn't have an exit ticket booked through them. I was referred by a friend to TransArabian and boom! It was the smoothest transaction with Pamela! She was very accommodating and I couldn't be grateful for the quick assistance. Negative experience: I call to ask about air ticket reservations. When we in call he said me to wait and talk with another someone. More than 2 minutes i waited in the call. He don’t care. Dont know how to deal with customers. Very disappointed.
