Fantastic experience: Ms Pamela of Transarabian is very informative, efficient and accommodating. This is my second time in asking asking for assistance for my Family’s travel needs. Visa was out in just like a snap. No rip off , value for your money yet your safety , privacy , confidentiality is not at risk. Very safe transactions every time. Fantastic experience: So me and my best friend were hopping to three different countries. I was close to feeling depressed when Emirates refused to process our visas since we didn't have an exit ticket booked through them. I was referred by a friend to TransArabian and boom! It was the smoothest transaction with Pamela! She was very accommodating and I couldn't be grateful for the quick assistance. Finally, we will now be able to fulfill our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Dubai!

Negative experience: One if the worst agents in the world, people there dont know how to speach english, they dont answer!!!! They are scammers be careful of them

Negative experience: I call to ask about air ticket reservations. When we in call he said me to wait and talk with another someone. More than 2 minutes i waited in the call. He don’t care. Dont know how to deal with customers. Very disappointed.
