Negative experience: Terrible experience. We booked tour to Azerbaijan for Eid holidays. They promote 4 nights and 5 days. We paid them 7000 aed and 400 aed for one visa. After they told only 2 days tour will be and we not accept and asked return money, coz it's totally different from what they promote for this money. They told will not return money. After very long arguing few days they give us 4 nights and 5 days, but 5th day it's just return back to Dubai at morning. So they even not provide what they promote and for what we paid money. Even this we accept coz can't return our money. So they told will be english speaking driver and came driver who don't know english and very bad unrespectfull behavior. We requested many times change driver and they told not possible and stop respond us. So day first - driver pick up us from airport and drop to Park near Flame Towers, show us steps and told go there for 30-40 min. It was city tour Second day driver drop us to old city and just left us there and go where he want when we called him, he said after one hour will pick up us. Burning Mountains was same, just drop us and show where to go. Gabala trip was just fantastic terrible. There need like 5 hours just road, so we several times requested start trip at least at 7:00. But he came almost at 9. So we reached there ike at 14 something and went to cable car. Then he complained that we stay there 3 hours. But there everywhere big queues coz of Eid holidays and we can't do it more fast. Then we went to waterfall and there was also queue and driver was angry and told better cancel it and go to lake. So we went to lake. There driver said go walk 20 min and come back. So we don't do nothing there, ever don't ride boat. Just quickly made few photos and went back. And whole road driver complained that we took too much his time and he very tired and he never stay so long time at work. That's all out tour Hotel was fantastic bad and dirty. In very bad place, very dirty, very bad location, very far away from center, so need go anywhere only by taxi. In hotel no muslim shower, rooms dirty, all old and broken. Breakfast not fresh, very cheap food, not good for muslims. And near hotel night club, so whole night music and too many drank people whole night making noise. So forget about sleeping. Kids running and screaming in corridors. Staff at hotel don't do any our request. They told will do and don't do. Ever for 2 person for 4 days they gave only few cheap shampoo and nothing more. Dojoin worstes company and worstes service ever. Just want take money and that's all. Never ever even don't think use their services, you will regret too much. Even if you will book by yourself, it will cost less then half price. And staff in Dojoin very bad and not respect you at all

Negative experience: Very bad services. They promote one and after you paid them money, they give you totally different and behavior so rude. Don’t provide, for what we paid and don’t return money. Also very racists, not respect nobody. Their intention just get your money in any cost and after you paid, they ignoring you and behavior very rude. They don’t deserve even one star

Fantastic experience: Recently, we had an excellent Armenian trip organized by the Do Join Team. Samuel, Samir, Riza, Arun, and Javed did a fantastic job coordinating everything from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend their services! Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Sajil, whose initial guidance and assurance about the tour packages convinced us to embark on this unforgettable journey. His support and prompt responses throughout the planning process were instrumental in making our decision.

Negative experience: Please review your tickets issued via Do join, on airlines webporatl to avoid panic at airport, some of the staff's irresponsible action making travellers life hell. Do join issued fake tickets with our name, at airport in the system, no name appears. Later on they issued another ticket with wrong spelling. Totaly illetrate people. If anyone required more info, you can contact me.

Negative experience: My experience with the Dojoin application was extremely disappointing. We booked what we thought would be a private yacht trip, but upon arrival, we found ourselves among 21 other people. The announcement was misleading and unclear, leading to a complete mismatch of expectations. To make matters worse, when we tried to contact the management to address our concerns, there was no response whatsoever. As a result, we decided not to proceed with the trip, yet they still charged us without any explanation or opportunity for resolution. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise against using Dojoin for any bookings due to their misleading practices and lack of customer support.

Negative experience: Alhamdulillah first of all thanks for umrah and safe journey... But I was not happy with service 1.they don't have english guide or not translation 2.they didn't guided me for vaccination for umrah,they said it's not required and after asked twice then they checked and asked to take 3. They didn't go by schedule,they told will go madinah first ,I planned accordingly to join with my family their 4.in the entire umrah ,they took us for umrah and madinah apart from that they took to masjid quba and wuhad masjid that too on the way of madinah,no other places they took.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, I booked my ticket using their application and there was no mention of any dates that the ticket would be applicable for. After a while tickets were not confirmed so I contacted customer care and they told me that it is not valid for the date that I selected and told me that I didn’t read properly. I bought for 119 and he said it’s 199. Eventually I was agreeing to pay 199 and then he said no it’s 299. I advise your team to check their own mistakes before calling out customers. I hate to be giving bad reviews but our plans were ruined thanks to this experience. Fingers crossed I’ll get my money back.

Negative experience: I did the camping experience where my charger was stolen. I spoke to the operations manager who was so disrespectful and rude and not helpful therefore I would not recommend them. Also the whole thing was poorly managed. The toilets were also very dirty and food portion was not good enough for the price!

Fantastic experience: Great time to see crocodiles all over the park. Some of them stretching in the sun after good meal. Others just swimming in the aquarium next to lovely looking fish

Fantastic experience: We had such an excellent Musamdam escape yesterday . All thanks to the crew. They are very friendly and accommodating. From their fun activities to just chilling on the deck, it's all worth your penny.

Negative experience: We traveled from the UK for a cruise experience on Dubai Marina, but were denied top deck seating without a valid explanation. The booking site lacks a mechanism to inform customers of their seat location. The overall management of Monalisa Cruise, booked through Do Join, was disappointing. We wouldn't recommend it . A cruise is meant for sailing, not just sitting in a closed restaurant. Both cruise and Do Join management were unhelpful, making it a regrettable expenditure. Fantastic experience: An excellent trip, wonderful hospitality lead by Nour Sultan and crew. Long drive but worth it, the speed boat ride, bananana boat, snorkeling, fishing and specially the kayaking. The staff are so humble and helpful Worth doing this activities.

Negative experience: I purchased three tickets for Global Village but received just two from Du Join. When I called them, they said they will reimburse it to my account. It has been about three weeks and I still haven't received my refund, and they aren't responding when I message them on Whatsapp.

Fantastic experience: I have been to The Out Out this weekend. The venue is so awesome. Everything is so well planned and it's such a cozy and pretty place for a family and group of friends to unwind. Food is so tasty, and the movie experience is mind boggling. Fantastic experience: The Musandam trip was amazing and highly recommend! It is worth of your time and truly a value for money. The entire trip was well coordinated from the DoJoin Whatsapp chat, to the bus driver, and immigration clearance. All the dhow cruise team were polite and super accommodating to our requests. There were so many fun activities that my entire family enjoyed with no extra charges. What else can we ask for? We travelled to another country for few hundred dirhams only!

Negative experience: Bad experience. I booked tickets for specific day. After doing payment I didn't received any tickets for couple of days. After I found their WhatsApp number, their team told me they only provide transportation on Saturday. So, either I change my whole plan of trip to Saturday or else I go for all activities by myself without transportation. Really it's worthless service. I never deal with them again.

Negative experience: Don’t purchase the tickets from them. They are giving used tickets. I booked from them and asking for refund till now no update they are just giving the excuses. It is more than 9 months but no revert and wasting the time. The manager is saying we will check and update you but no revert and they are not picking the call. Negative experience: We booked tickets for at the top burj khalifa, they received the payment and have sent reference no.to us via email. The schedule we chose was available ( Oct 8, Saturday 3PM) hence we proceed with the booking. They have sent an email around 1AM and was calling us at 10:30 in the evening, for what??? Now we are here at the gate of At The Top Burj Khalifa and they wont allow us in because you have not sent us the booking confirmation! We had to call you only to tell us that your available schedule is 9PM! How can you decide for us?? Do you know the hassle you gave us? Tonight is our flight back to Canada tell me how can we go at the top then! ? Do your job properly or close your agency if you can't accommodate the customers!

Negative experience: I am truly disappointed with this app and the customer service is terrible. I booked the Kite beach party for New Years, but once I booked it I could see the full location which was kite beach CENTRE in Umm Al Quawain and Before I booked I thought this was the one in Dubai, and because of the distance I could not attend. I booked around 1 am on 31st December and from 9 am in the morning on the 31st December I sent WhatsApp messages asking to cancel and rang them. After a long wait someone finally got back to me and said they will see if they could add credit to my account. I sent follow up messages and still did not hear anything, but yet my messages were blue ticked on WhatsApp. I then rang today and I was completely cut off, I found myself talking over the customer service representative because he did not let me speak and had no idea about adding credit to my wallet, so no one knows what’s going on. Now I have lost out on over 500 dirhams, so please don’t use this app because the customer service is very bad

Negative experience: *DOJOIN SCAMMERS* Hi friends, This is Dr Ankush I need to share a honest and painful review of the service I ordered for my wife's birthday with *DOJOIN* I have ordered for *dojoin's* *Alexander dhow cruise+luxury limousine combo* llpackage bearing order no.30469 for 27 th October 7-11 pm all mentioned well during booking and on ticket as well and was excited for the event. But I got message from dojoin half an hour before the departure that they can't arrange the limousine and asked to join only Cruise. But as I came from Abu Dhabi just to celebrate the birthday and planned accordingly to start from Al karama area hence not possible to go back to Dubai marina without having my own vehicle. I informed all these to the dojoin coordinator and demanded either refund or reschedule. But unfortunately after a week to discussion and me being considerate about dojoin voucher or reschedule they said only limo price can be refund and mind you that dhow price has more share in package . Its been a week of discussion they are now saying they are not going to refund or reschedule. It was a horrible experience and I would like to suggest you to not book anything thru this app and try to book directly from travel agencies. They are *scammers*

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Dubai for the first time and had no idea how to get to the places around Dubai that I wanted to see so this "Dojoin" made a custom tour just for me! I was able to cut out all the hassle of trying to arrange everything myself! I evaluated many different tour companies before. And the customer service provided by Mr. Arun Krishnan and Mr. Ishtiyak was really outstanding. Loved there commitment towards the client satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place (out out camp) to meet and hang out with friends with family. Inform timing advance if you opt for hiking, though we ll get nice support from team, check the amenities for our package. Recommend team and location.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. The company is very unprofessional, slow, ignoring our questions, taking forever to reply messages... Zero customer service, they keep telling us No for every smal request. Will never deal with them again. The Musandam cruise wasn't bad though, but their part as a middleman was the worst.

Negative experience: To the management of DOJOIN, My brother Used your application for the first time and it gives me immense pain to state that the experience has left an emotional scar that will haunt us for quite some time. He Booked a Jet Ski experience at the infamous scammer’Al Shaheen Scooter Rentals’ and I accompanied him . The jet-ski stopped in the middle within 10 mins and my brother was signaled to get off. We were taken by shock where the whole thing was blamed , I would rather say framed on us . The owner or the main character of this entire fiasco started harassing us and demanded compensation to repair plus every day rental charges until the jetski gets up and running. My questions to Do Join : -Why are you promoting scammers? -My brother’s passport was held whole time during the ride, this is not legal by the law here. This was not mentioned in your terms during booking. Please clarify? -As per the law,The jet skis must be insured and the customers should not compensate for the damages or fall prey to these scammers. Al shaheen’s form clearly states that the jet skis are not insured, how can you overlook and not take an action? -Not that this is the first time someone highlighted. You have reviews on reddit too. -who is going to take the responsibility of the trauma and the harassment caused ?
