Negative experience: Poor coordination and communication. Travellers are new and do not visit any destination very often. So proper details, guidance and value added services are essential but not received from this company.

Fantastic experience: I planned a first International Trip for my parents to Dubai with Eva Butterfly Tourism in Nov 2023 and the top priority for me was to ensure comfort and make it a memorable experience. Extremely happy and satisfied with all the arrangements and services. The entire team including the drivers, guides and co-ordinators did an amazing job even going out of the way to ensure we had the best time without any hurdles and make the best out of our time and meet all our needs and even last minute changes and requirements. A big shout out to Dhruv and Vivek for being available for us round the clock and patiently answering all our questions and providing immediate solutions to all our requirements including demands for different cuisine. It was lovely meeting you Dhruv and appreciate all the efforts to join us and check on the restaurants and arrangements. Thank you for making our stay in Dubai the best vacation ever!!!

Negative experience: Only one word for EVA Butterfly, Avoid this company at any cost. Change your destination of travel if you don’t have any option or your travel agent is only tied up with this company in Dubai, but don’t get harassed or spoil your trip by this rude, unapologetic and unprofessional company. My family went on their Dubai trip and Eva Butterfly was their agent appointed by the Indian Travel company from whom they had booked their package. After coming back they have shared so many horrific instances and experiences regarding EVA that I literally have regards for this company anymore including my local travel agent who made me suffer so much. Almost all their sightseeing’s, Like desert safari, Miracle Garden, Global village were spoiled because not enough time was given to completely cover al places and the drivers hurry a lot to pick you up and drop off to the hotel and be done with their duty. No matter how many times you tell them, they won’t listen to you. Their company will work according to their defined itinerary and schedule and not in accordance to what has been told by your local Travel agent in your itinerary. For Example – people with all type’s packages will be merged in the single vehicle and the sightseeing’s will happen according to everyone’s interest or inclusions. If you have anything extra in your package it will be missed or delayed so badly that you won’t enjoy it due to someone else having to visit a location which you don’t want to visit. After making the payment you will be stuck to stick with them, don’t make this mistake. They are not at all genuine and their internal office staff are even more unapologetic and rude to you, they should be trained well to handle customer more flexibly. The drivers are misguided and confused most of the time and keep confirming again and again when any place is missed out or if there is something extra in your package. Avoid them or confirm with your company whether they are not partnered with EVA in DUBAI.. IF yes, then ask for a different company or runaway. Trust me you will thank me later. FYI for EVA our family visited Dubai in Feb Month. Can’t reveal their names due to privacy. If you want more details feel free to ping me as I was the one who made all their plans for this tour and I am regretting it badly now.

Negative experience: Poorly managed company with arrogant employees behaving rudely with customers. I have had lot of arguments with my Indian travel agent back in India for spoiling my trip due to their tie up with Eva butterfly in Dubai. No one listens to you - what they say and do is fixed - deadlines/ timings are fixed and they don't listen to customer requirements at all,if there is still enough time for parks to close and it's not late, still their drivers only target is to drop the tourists in hotel and leave as soon as possible. I am taking it up very seriously with the local agent from where I have booked the trip. I have faced a bad experience in dubai, whosoever is reading this kindly save yourself and choose any other company for your local touring in Dubai.

Negative experience: I had a very worst experience with them during my entire 8 day trip to dubai. Poor management, rude staff cherry on the top is their manager Mr. Mehul is even worst in responding. We felt like we have come for some school/college trip wherein we were forced to be dropped back at our hotel by max. 9.00pm or else their taxis will leave us wherever we are and wont take us back. Would personally suggest please dont book your tour through them or else your entire experience will be ruined.

Positive experience: We had great experience at Dubai with Eva butterfly last week except for our Abudabi city tour. Our guide Mr. Viral Dhakan did not take us inside the grand mosque. He just took us around the mosque in bus n showed us the mosque from outside. He didn't allow us to get down from the bus. We were all very much disappointed. He told the rules have changed from Jan 2019 n we are not allowed to enter inside. I still wonder what made him to say this when no rule is there as such. Other than this incident all the other arrangements were neatly done. On the day of Dubai city tour our guide Mr. Nishith was very friendly and guided us correctly everywhere. Totally it was a good experience

Positive experience: The pick up at the airport was delayed by 45 minutes.....totally dis-organised confused lot , lack of communication and poor planning on the logistics....in fact they are trying to do the juggling act with their limited staffs and limited resources...one day they tried to rent a Local public Taxi to visit the Dolphinarium for which we refused to accept it and denied their request as we were promised private vehicle for all of our transportation. Atlast they arranged a private vehicle to transport us to the event....... Wat ever they promised on the event part they fulfilled it without any complaints on that so we need to appreciate them on this but the time management was not done professionally by discussing with us....they took their own decisions by keeping us in dark and not even bothered to give information in advance about the change in program...since their customers are mostly Indians they take us for granted.....whenever they delay even for an hour in their timings they will just say a sorry and in return if we delay just for 15 to 20 minutes in any circumstances they will take our life by calling us continuously and keep urging us to come to the spot without giving any extra time......
