Negative experience: one of the most terrible experience i have discovered when i went to the travel house al qusais after three weeks to have to have my ticket refund amount , although the promise were week later, my travel agent didn't even acknowledge me for 20 minutes and i were sitting front of him. i definitely do not want to have this types of experience ever again better i go some other travel places.
