Negative experience: It's not Yalla tour, it's Hayalla tour... Even one star is too much for this company! Do not use thier services! We bought a Desert Safari tour from them. However, we never got the promised exciting ride on the dunes. We were driven for about 10 minutes at most through some thorns and taken to dinner. There are no complaints about the dinner and show program. But the safari... What is it? No, we didn't hear about it... The safari was the main reson why we bought the tour, but we never saw what we went for. The driver was strange. He constantly looked askance at us and tried to impose additional services on us in order to extract even more money from us. On the way back the tire burst, we had to wait until help arrived and they replaced it. Anything can happen, of course, but the driver didn’t even bother to address the passengers and explain the situation. Disappointed ...

Negative experience: Their service is disappointing, I booked a ride and was forced me to book snd pay full price before the date, and on the date the place was closed due to the weather conditions. To this day I haven't received my refund its been 3 months.

Negative experience: They are scammers, they took us in 6 hour tour and 2 hours we were waiting in car fix, changeing tiers, driver rejected to take us to dunes, hi lied an said that police will areest him, if hi will do this,we canceled tour and they did not refund enything, we paied money just fors standing in desert in car fix.

Fantastic experience: The whole service was amazing. Kofi especially looked after us and gave us great service. The dine buggy with 4 seats was amazing and he let us switch drivers whenever we wanted. Will recommend this safari anytime.

Negative experience: Yalla tours is a agency that gets you that will do outsourcing for the yachts and fix everything with you. they will appoint you a captain who is just a captain by name and will be a person who is totally illiterate and when caught will lie to there managers saying you did damages on the yacht and will share random pics of damages and will try to hide his mistakes by distracting you and Yallah tours staff. They are all malyali staff with malyali captain and they will use your liquor in your absence. they will ask you to remove shoes before u enter yacht like you are going to some sacred place. they will not allow you to use inner part of yacht saying its not allowed. they will not even allow you to use poppers on the boat saying it will make the boat dirty and then they have to clean it which they really dont want to do. staff will misbehave with you. you will feel embarrassed about the staff which was there to serve is arguing with you. in menu we ordered veg manchurian and when we saw its was some peas and carrots sailing in curry saying this is veg manchurian which was ordered by us. After being with all this.. i informed this to yallah staff for the captain and his staff behaviour. they sent me screenshot saying captain is telling we fought with them and we did damages on the boat and they will put some nonsense charges on you to distract you and to make the things complicated. Be careful guys.. i am not going to yallah tours ever again. u also please mind and go with some reputed companies to book your yacht

Negative experience: Before paying for the dune buggy we asked if we needed to bring anything with us (headscarves, water etc) or would everything be provided. They confirmed that everything would be provided and of course when we got there they immediately tried to charge us £40+ for two headscarves. After standing there arguing over it we managed to get the price down. Not off to a great start. They take your passport off you and make you sign that you’ll pay £10,000 if you roll the buggy (even if there’s no damage). I felt on edge the whole time I was driving and felt like I was being taken on a route that would make rolling more likely so took it easy. The buggy ride itself was actually good fun and with being the only people on the tour we got some cool pictures. When we’d finished we were told our minibus to take us back to the hotel would arrive in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for it. When we asked for some water since we’d been sat waiting for ages in the sun they tried to charge us. We argued our way to some free water in the end. I was half expecting them to try and charge us for the minibus back to the hotel. They also pressure you into making a tripadvisor review whilst you’re sat next to them.. might explain the lack of poorer reviews. Overall it was fine in the end but just be aware of these factors
