Negative experience: Very slow set of people and rude on the phone. I did visa typing for almost 4 days as it was rejected because the guy did not attach the complete documents which we gave him to scan and without even showing any remorse for his mistake. They only attend to those who speak their languages and delay others. Its very very bad service..you should treat everyone right.
