Fantastic experience: It was fantastic dealing with Sahla and Navas. At the inception of doing a visa for my wife, both my wife and I were very skeptical and did not believe the genuity of the transaction as many of our African colleagues had told us their bitter experience of losing their money to fraudsters. Both Sahla and Navas convinced us strongly it took us a long time and several conversations to develop a bit of confidence to try them. Our fear got worsened when the visa processes met very difficult challenges and delayed unduly. We persistently called them sometimes in anger and shouted and harassed them as we were running out of patience and hope. These two sales staff demonstrated extreme professionalism and resilience and continued to calm us down and gave us the hope that the challenges will be resolved, and the visa will come. I must say that I both my wife and I have been thrilled by the extreme patience and professionalism with which both Sahla and Navas handled our anger and agitations. We are very happy and really commend them for an award by the company.

Negative experience: Please don't threaten your client by saying if you will not renew your visa by tomorrow we will make you absconding and you will pay big fines to remove your absconding. This is not the professional way to ask your client to renew. Once my visa was done why he didn't give me my visa after i paid my fines and everything? I gave him all the details, proofs that we transferred all the money but still he hold my visa, I told him also it will take time because we transferred money from different bank but still he didn't give my visa. I called the other staff and he gave me my visa. Who ever is that person thank you so much for helping me and please teach him how to talk in a professional way.
