Positive experience: Even though it was difficult reaching them on phone, I was happy after visiting their office in Ajman. The cost for visa change in my opinion is the lowest in UAE. The attendant was patient , listened and accurately answered all my questions. It's Cosmo any day!

Have to keep contacting them for updates and yet they dont answer and didnt keep us updated. very disappointed. we dealt with Ms.Jubi who kept backanswering and did not even bother listening to what we had to say. Also, not to forget, she had a very bad attitude, left messages on read and misbehaved on the calls. overall, never going back to them for any service.

Specially the kerala lady at the counter thinks the customers are deaf by talking I'll about them to colleague next to her. Cosmo should really put some money earned from customers into training staff like her.
