Positive experience: The arrangements were good. The knowledge of the tour guides while doing ziyarat of Mecca and Madina is commendable. Just a suggestion , the outsourced bus transport service should ensure the buses used are well maintained and not breakdown prone.

Negative experience: Very bad service. They change the hotel what they have promised also in the name of ziyarah we only seeing the spots from the bus that too bus was too dirty. No proper arrangements very bad and pathetic service.

Negative experience: Avoid them totally They do complete miscommitments the bus they have shown was luxury bus on there website and everywhere i asked multiple time about the bus he kept praising about it before buying there services , but the bus they provided had broken seats and it was leaking the roof in rain, the airconditioning was not proper the driver was also going for the first time on that route, so he wasted the time a lot we didnt reach timely to makkah the hotel before leaving UAE i complained to tour operator rather then resolving the issue the guy told me you leave the bus and cancel your plan going for umrah amazing, they committed hotel to be max 5kms far from haram. But it was 12kms far from it they said our hotel will be 3stars but the experience you will get of 4star ,the hotel was so bad no management there were no toiletries there no towels after complaining continuously for 2 days i got towels and toiletries which was not suffient for rest of the week i complained again to replace the towels and get the toiletries no one came to do that also complained there guy who was managing the tour in that city There was no wifi in the hotel no electric kettle nothing no toiletries talking about 3star hotel with 4 star experience i asked them to clean the room they came after 2 days even after cleaning the room i saw there were dirty left over tshirts were behind the bad . The hotel al hidaya tower was way far from masjid haram the shuttle service was so bad it is almost impossible to catch that shuttle because it was single bus for 4 hidaya hotels which comes every 15 to 20min in that period it used to get filled there was crowd of people already waiting getting pushed and bruised alighting the bus It was worse experience to and fro. They committed from 27 ramadan you will leave to madina and later they told us to leave for madina on 28th ramadan so we only got almost 1 and half days in madina . The hotel in madina was fine and was near to haram around 2 - 2.5km then again the forced people to pack there bags and put all your bags in bus at 9 am in the morning ,where as everyone was already tired and sleep deprived after eid al adha prayer in the morning forcing everyone to wake early again and putting all the luggage. where as we had to leave from madina after friday prayers around 1:30 or 2pm and then we had to stop for lunch on the way back very bad planning bad managment and miss commitment in whole journey wouldnt recommend anyone to travel with these people
