Negative experience: Extremely bad and unprofessional customer service. I went to inquire about visa services and the staff here literally wanted to get up and hit me. The staff was attacking and exposing dismissive attitude (attacking and not willing to listen to our query), lack of patience, and failure to provide the information I needed. The behavior of the staff not only fell short of the service standards one would expect from a reputable tourism agency but also left me with a very negative impression. Not recommended at all!
