Negative experience: This location is not physically located, there is no office named "Genius". Waste of time.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Miss Keerthi. Personally visited the office to collect my document, where I was informed that the document is in other office and they promised me to get it delivered the same day to my home address. Later, when I called in the evening asking about the delivery of the document, they stopped picking up my calls and asked me to come to the office personally again to collect it. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from the staff. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Negative experience: I've had the worst experience with them. I gave my education documents for attestation, and when I got them back, one of the attached important document was missing. It's been over two weeks and no one cares to give me an update, or they don't know where the document missed. They were extremely careless from the start of the entire process. I really regret that I went to them for attestation.

Negative experience: There is no option for the negative star. I would give that. Below are the reasons: -- > First, they claimed they will get the attestation done in 12 working days, however, they took more than a month. -- > Second and most important, service from the delivery guy, on day one of delivery he told, he can't come today, can I deliver tomorrow. I accepted. The next day, in the evening around 5:00 PM and asked if he can deliver to my apartment instead of the office, I asked him to come after 7:00 PM. He started calling me at 6:00 PM and started talking in a very bad way. He wants to come now, otherwise, he will come tomorrow. When I told him, I need to travel, he was like that delivery will be in India. I don't care if you want, come to your home and take it now or else I will not deliver. When I told him, I will escalate it to his supervisor, he told go escalate or complaint to the police, and I don't care. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR Note: I am going to lodge a complaint with the consumer department also.

Positive experience: not recommended at all "unprofessional", the agreement was to complete the attestation of my daughter US birth certificate within 18 business day maximum, but i got it very late "after 25 business day" regardless the system was showing it was completed "unreliable system", which lead to exceed the 30 days visit visa, and pay fines.

Giving my certificate to the attestation for more than a month, I could not apply for my visa here without the certificate. I lost my job because of the delay of submitting attested certificate. I am going back to my hometown. This happened to me because of their poor service. Tracking Number : 9264786 Submitted on 10th December 2020. Your team committed me 15 working days. How do you fix my loss? I talked to your manager about this question and he behaved very badly. I do not even get a proper cut off date from your side. If my certificate is lost from you, please tell me exactly or else please give me a cut off date?

Positive experience: I gave them a document right during the pandemic and it was delayed largely due to the situation. I really struggled to get a clear response though since their operatives would never give a clear response. However Mr. Mohamed Kadeer is one guy who really took it seriously towards the end when I explained him my situation and urgency he really helped a lot and was updating me on regular basis. Eventually the document was received. Overall good services. Just one suggestion to the management please ensure that your operatives give a clear proper response like Mr. Mohamed Kadeer does.

Fantastic experience: It is important to know that during Covid 19, a timeline with best of intentions can get disrupted especially if some documents have to be certified in Abu Dhabi because the city is still closed to the rest of the U.A.E.. It is important to lay out your expectations with your POC at Genius. He/She will return with a realistic timeline to process your documents. If you don't ask the questions and don't state your needs and you get nervous it is your fault, they are doing their best. Last minute, hammy hammy does not exist anymore. We are on Covid 19 time. Plan ahead. In my case, I had 1 documents and it needed to go to Abu Dhabi. Kadeer, my POC, was upfront with the difficulties and offered a timeline that was fairly accurate to reality. Kadeer was excellent at updating the status of the process. I found their fees were reasonable if taking into consideration that 2 of the 3 certifications/attestations had to be done in AD. The fees included all fees, fees charged by the official organizations to stamp the document, Genius's fees and DHL courier service to send the document to Thailand. Negative experience: Not sure if i was the unlucky one out but i have been completely let down by them. They Collected my documents in the first week of November and till date didnt get a single update from their end.. i keep calling and get no response.. Numbers on the delivery slip dont work.. and Please DO NOT believe them when they say 12 days or 15days .. cos that clearly didnt happen and i had to pay a fine for delayed visa renewal..

Negative experience: Would not recommend them, if anyone one is looking for urgent attestation. While collecting documents from the customer, they would send person immediately, when returning, they would take their own good time and then finally you have to collect yourself. For simple updates repeated calls and mails from customer side are required. The staff is arrogant and makes the customer feel that by doing their duty, they are doing a big favour to the customer. Please be courteous and not arrogant, would not like to mention any staff names.

Fantastic experience: Even if they are advertising 10 days it will take +2 days because of holidays in-between. Anyway they are providing pretty good service. While searching for an agency my greatest hurdle was finding a trustworthy agency. Then I found genius attestation. My degree certificate got attested in 10 UAE working days. So I recommend them.
