Negative experience: Худший опыт бронирования билетов. Они деньги возьмут а билет не отдадут, пока не покажете им личные документы- бронь отелей и обратных билетов. На вопрос тогда как вернуть деньги за непредоставленную услугу - игнор. Потом они отправляют ваш билет И после того, как всетаки отправите неизвестно кому из этой странной конторы свои брони -они пишут «производим возврат денег». Мне повезло- у меня есть адекватная фирма с теми же чартерными рейсами, у которых я сразу купила этот же билет. Но на других сайтах этих билетов нет. Тоесть если бы у меня не было адекватной фирмы - то все оплаченные отели и билеты из-за них перешли бы в убытки. Как вам такой сервис?

Negative experience: i have an issue with this agency, they have messed me big time i booked a ticket last week for my husband from kenya to dubai and that lady called Jeena Thapa is just rude and arrogant, she was on her headphones serving me but when today am here asking help from her she is throwing words to me, plz i need to talk to some who will listen to me, i have all the conversations with her
