Negative experience: تم ارسال الطلب للموظفة نور بالوتس اب مرتين المره الاولى ردت برد العصر وما ردت وبعدها بكم يوم سالت وقالت انتظر رد الفنادق وما ردت كملت اسبوع وطبعا حجزت اخر شي بروحي ،، حاولت بعد على الرقم الثاني محمد لكن ما رد فيا ليت تحسنوا متابعه طلبات المتابعين
