1 year ago Negative experience: Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. I have been a victim of scam/fraud by their sub agents Fina Travel & Royal Travel. Upon requesting Akbar travel to mitigate the issue and refund my amount they stood neutral. I won't be recommending at all as Akbar Travel is not trustworthy agency anymore.
Dear Sir, you had booked through to fine travels. kindly complain them not akbar travels. you had paid to fine travel or royal travel , u can complain them and report the issue to concern team. if you had paid akbar travels we can assit you . not for sub agency

2 years ago Negative experience: Staff Jen (filipina) is unapologetic and doesn’t know her job well. Blaming the customer and doesn’t act like a servant. She thinks she owns the Travel Agency.
