Negative experience: First I book my wife flight 15march but later ticket came I saw in paper it's 15feb date. I complaint but she just ignore my words she told I say wrong date.. okay after I ask her what is a process of visa of 2month . She told 750 AED month nd after finished u continue extended from cozomo per month 350 AED but today I go she is not there so I ask another guy I need extended visa for my wife 1 month. Now he told 950aed.. it's very disappointed. I never come back in cozomo and I stop my friends also to go in cozomo. Please proper guide your staff.she is the one who book my ticket. I don't know why u hire if she don't know anything. Always using mobile... I mail your cozomo travel agency but no response.. very disappointed ☹️ Thanks

Fantastic experience: I had been availing services from Mr. Muhammad Suhail Ghouse over a period of many years now. I have found him a thorough peofessional whenever I had requested to facilitate. Not only in normal circumstances but whenever there was an urgency he has never missed a deadline and had always been on top of his game (that be issuing tickets, VISA or organising any business or personal trips for me). Negative experience: Very bad experience at the nakheel branch cozmo travels staff, no discipline by the staffs, we took a visit visa for my friend they literally changed the gender from male to female in the system the guy was stuck in airport for a day just because of that and these travel agency were not even giving any help to rectify that, honestly speaking i expect more from such reputed companies to improve their customer service and also these mistakes which are not a small mistake, not expected from such big entity

Negative experience: Do not go to this agent. During booking Not explained me about my baggage. Said 30 kg. But it was 30kg of single piece. Paid extra charge at airport for one more peice. Pathetic....

Negative experience: Hardly 1 staff you can find at the desk who looks extreamly lazy and tired serving people compared to to customers crowd otherwise office is clean and nice location easily accessible in main nakheel area. Lake of knowledge regarding tickets booking and other other important information for traveling. I am not satisfied with thiere service at all so I will give only 1 star Until I see any changes.

The agents do not know the works and rules and so they are making others fools. They do no know even what is OKTB and they charge for same where it is not at all required and then say it is applied,approved...... i have 3 such shameful events happened from them. please consult with them all charges and documentation prior to process . Poor Service
