Fantastic experience: Great Tour guide for the city tour on the 14/08/24 with pick up and drop off at the Signature Hotel Apartments and spa. The tour guide made the tour very interesting but still full of humour. He looked after everyone on the tour making sure we were safe bit still giving you space to experience the Gold Souk and Spice Souk. If we didn't go on the tour I don't think we would of gone to the Souk's on our own Thanks for a great tour

Negative experience: Hello all who are traveling to Dubai nd planning to do booking thru Orient travels . Do consider this - Mr.ali nd miss.Hema are the unprofessional person in the whole team . They don't know to do itinerary thy dnt know to arrange things perfectly. Thy have no idea what thy are talking abt & abt cars nd drivers I give 9/10 for service nd cleanness thy are good , even drivers are not clear whts tr day job is .. thy just be on time .. u have to tell dem wht to do . Thy create such itinerary tht it vl ruen your day .. ( vl share TWO experience happened with us ) 1.V had a sky view observation deck visit ,driver have no idea which one is it he dropped us some wher eles left to do his personal work , I kept calling him no ans , kept calling mr.ali he have no idea whts going on nd he stopped receiving nd NXT turn was miss.hema she told vl call driver look it the matter nd call bck nd 2 min no response after tht . ( Nd after many talks v recived the same activity on last day from team TKS for tht ) 2.V had 2 activities to do in one day in Abu Dhabi 1.WB nd 2.sea world. Nd pick up was done at 11am from Dubai nd reach abudhabi by 1:30 . Nd no mention in itinerary or from from any one abt sea World use to close by 5:30 in the evening . V choose to run in WB by 2pm nd run out by 5pm nd v have hardly 6 hours to do both activities,but by the time sea World was closed ) Even driver or mr.ali have no idea how to co-ordinate. It's an simple math's pickup by 8:30 drop to WB by 10:30 tell clients or driver clearly which closes 1st which one to attend 1st , as both the attraction opens by 10 ( simple job thy cnt handle, Nd Mr. Ali always consider him self as ego guy ) hope it reaches the owner of Orient nd kick out both unprofessional person it vl ruen u r business

Positive experience: The tour was very well organised by Swetha(Orient Travels) covering all the main attractions and taking our input. Different guides who were part of our travel were very knowledgeable and their explanations helped us to understand the history and culture of Turkey. The choice of hotels were very good.Hotel in Istanbul(Konak Hotel) is right in the city centre and was at walkable distance to the important sites like Galatta tour, Bhosporous river etc. We stayed in a cave house in Cappadocia( Imperial Cave House) which was a different experience altogether! The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel we stayed had a great view with its own nice restaurant and was the best among all the hotels!Hot air balloon was total different experience. The best part to do in cappadocia is ATV ride don’t ever miss it guys if u go there. Meals provided during the whole tour was good. the local cuisines are worth experiencing of your own. Special mention to Sadik local organiser arranged by orient travels who kept check on us continuously. We totally recommend this tour especially with Orient Travels if you want it to be hassle free and as promised in the itinerary. Thanks Orient Travels for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience seeing the sunrise in the desert. Then went dune bashing which was great fun. The guide was professional, well informed and friendly.

Negative experience: Desert safari with Orient is the worst nightmare for a family since the desert driving was horrible and as a result, my 5-year-old puked inside the car and there were no precautions (plastic bags, etc.) taken. Despite helping us to get ourselves cleaned, the camp manager (Maleha Camp), Rifiq was treating us as if we had committed a crime, asking just AED 150 to get the car cleaned. We were really shocked to see his behavior when he yelled at us saying you should take care when you have a SICK KID when this incident was totally a result of poor driving. Then we wanted to speak to a higher official and here comes Mr. Maharif over the phone, who is laughing at us saying just pay your AED 150 and enjoy the rest of the evening. When we had already paid AED 500, paying another AED 150 was never a concern but their insulting behavior as if we are going to run away in the middle of the desert, without paying them was never expected. We paid another AED 150 for the car cleaning and came back without staying for any entertainment/dinner. Please avoid this company that ridiculously treats its customers and does not know what customer service means at all.

Positive experience: 弾丸旅行ながら、デザートドライブは絶対体験したかったので、時間ロスのないよう早朝4:15～のツアーに参加！砂漠まで40～50分くらい、まずは日の出鑑賞、日があがったら朝食BOXの提供（サンドウィッチ、果物、カップケーキなど）＆コーヒータイム。その後コンドルを操るパフォーマンスや腕にのせる体験は楽しかった。最後に砂漠を痛快にドリフト走行して刺激的な一面も。9:00前にはホテルに戻れて時間も有意義だし、コストもネット検索の最安値（47USD）だったので満足！

Fantastic experience: Son buenos operadores. Han tratado de resolver nuestro inconveniente ya que tuvimos que regresar por Covid 19 y nos quedaron servicios pendientes. Nos dicen que nos dirijamos a King Midas que es el mayorista de Argentina y oh sorpresa nos niegan atención. Orient Tours Dubai nos trataron de ayudar, la mala predisposición es de nuestro país que se quieren aprovechar de todo lo que hemos pagado y ahora no quieren hacerse cargo.

Negative experience: WORST BRANCH SHARJAH NATIONAL PAINT BRANCH.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NIRMAL. TOURIST VISA TOOK 4 DAYS AND THEY STOPPED PICKING UP CALLS AND WERE TRYING TO MAKE FUN OF IT.

Fantastic experience: I got the travel insurance from them, just 50AED and you get it the same day, they will need the ticket and passport copy. Thanks team orient.

Fantastic experience: Had a great desert safari with orient. Sujith, Mahroof, Rafique were really helpful. Everything was arranged as promised. Desert safari was great, good food, good programs etc. Had a great time there. I had also requested cab for abu dhabi tour and we had excellent service that day too. Tickets to different parks was arranged by them which was cheaper than buying directly. Overall very happy and would strongly recommend them for your travel/tour needs. Excellent customer care. Keep up good work guys!

Fantastic experience: A very nice trip, from the pick up to the camp all was set and well prepared. The driver was nice and the car was comfortable. Quad, camel , BBQ all was nicely done making it an excellent safari.

Spontaneous replies over emails by Miss Nelcie and also prompt call back made on a weekend to update me on my query, after they received my email on a weekend. Will suggest ORIENT TRAVELS to my friends and family. Also very good communication done my Mr RAHUL to help n support the Stranded Mumbaikars reach back to Mumbai. Even though he is no more working with Orient Travels. He still kept us updated on the travel policies and procedures very patiently. He deserves a come back.

Fantastic experience: Professional and responsible team. What a fun drive. Our driver (Haroos) was very experienced, accommodating and super service orientated.

Negative experience: The communication was poor. Had to follow up with them multiple times(being a tourist & without local no) and just got arrogant responses. The prices they quoted are high even after I provided coupons from Emirates smiles app. Problem is I sent them the coupon already and after that they quoted the price so on purpose increased it. In essence I would not recommend anyone to go with them unless they make effort to improve their basic answering and treating / helping customers who are tourist !

Positive experience: They organized a wonderful desert safari experience for us. The driver, who is also the tour guide, comes with car to pick you from your hotel and will finally drop you back at night as well. Our guide was Mr Ibrahim and he was good. All the orient cars pick up clients and at a point enter the desert, they deflate some air from the tires and then go on the sand dunes. They stop for photography, camel point and finally the campsite. The food is good, great performances.. fire show, welcome dances and belle dance . There is falcon show, a small camel ride, mehandi/ heena etc. It gets cold at night so carry warm cloths. A must do when in dubai

Fantastic experience: La meilleure expérience de notre séjour à Dubaï ! Une activité que je conseille à tous le monde, de par les sensations, les paysages et les découvertes. Le conducteur nous a pris à notre hôtel, est l'organisation a été parfaite. Un premier arrêt dans une station pour une pose avant le grand départ dans le désert, avec deux arrêts photos, des sensations dans les dunes digne d'un manège à sensation. La découverte d'une ferme à chameau ou nous avons pu les nourrir ( notre guide a fait un détour et nous avons été cueillir de l'herbe, nous avons été les seules à le faire). Une arrivé au camp avec un spectacle de faucon, balade à chameau et en quad ( le quad a été la seule activité payant 150 dirham par personne) . Photo avec le faucon sur la main. Pratique de la chicha et du henné. Puis petit barbecue. Le gros plus, toutes les boissons sont compris dans le prix. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et très gentil. Pour les photos nous avons payer 25 euros pour toutes les avoirs (photos + vidéo depuis le début jusqu'au dernier instant) En perspective une magnifique après midi et un chauffeur extra !

Fantastic experience: Went on the 2 day super saver booked through Viator. One day old city tour second day desert safari out of Dubai. As it was half the price of some other tours offering the same itenarary and the google rating was not that flash, i was expecting the worst.. What we got were 2 EXCELLENT tours and great service. The old city tour with chandi gave great insight into WHY dubai is what it is today and how things used to be. The tour group was small 20pax and we had plenty of free time at the various stops. The second day, desert tour, they were running late and rang the hotel to let us know in plenty of time. The car was a modern 4x4 and comfortable over the dunes and we had the same car and driver the whole time. It included all the things advertised, camel farm, falcon show, camel ride , shows, sisha pipe, arab coffee, henna tatoos etc and even to hold a falcon. Food and 3 shows were great also. Bobby was the main guide and it was a convoy of 7 cars only so the camp so not crowded (late august off season). All in all 2 great tours at a good price and unlike the other reviews i had no issues in comunications with the companies Dubai office.

Positive experience: We booked a morning desert safari with arabian breakfast through viator which was fulfilled by orient tours. Overall the experience was ok. The driver was a bit grumpy and opinionated but we felt safe throughout the trip. The Falcon experience was pretty cool and the drive was a highlight. The desert camp was very underwhelming. The arabian coffee was disgusting and breakfast comprised of two slices of cold bread and some lukewarm eggs.. grim. For two people we felt £70 was a fair price, especially in Dubai where everything is expensive. Overall, if you are on a tight budget there are probably worse options out there.

Negative experience: Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con orient tour Es la segunda vez que vamos a dubai porque el lugar es increíble Lamentablemente contratamos la excursión de 4 X 4 en el desierto con ellos Una vez que le pones bajo puntaje ( ver en trip advisor ) se tornan más agresivos que lo que sufrimos en la excursión , inventan y mienten. También lo observamos en los comentarios negativos que tienen en trip advisor que les sucedió lo mismo Son personas agresivas que no aceptan las críticas Lo más importante es que algunos conductores como nos toco a nosotros manejan muy agresivos y si vomita alguno en el auto , como nos sucedió , te hacen abonar el lavado !!!! Increíble en lugar de preocuparse te hacen pagar el lavado En el viaje que tuvimos a 2 autos más les paso lo mismo ,uno de ellos había contratado una excursion particular tuvieron que detener el auto , nos pidIron los pasajeros su teníamos dramamine porque el conductor les advirtió que si vomitaban debían abonar el lavado. AveriguA otra empresa en dubai para hacer la excursión . Es una empresa de gente muy mala , agresiva y mentirosa

Negative experience: Scheduled a tour of Abu Dhabi with this company. My wife became ill and we could not go on the scheduled day. Requested that it be rescheduled due to my wife's illness. Mr. Rizzo, the Orient Tours representative, was very rude and refused to reschedule the tour. He insisted on sending the driver even though I told him we could not go due to my wife's illness. I am sure he did this so we could be listed as a no-show. I paid almost $400 for this tour, all of it wasted. This is very poor customer service. My family and I spend a lot of time in Dubai, but we will not be scheduling any more tours with Orient Tours. Stay away from these rude, greedy people. There are better tour services in Dubai who provide much better customer service. In hindsight, we should have gone on the tour and had my wife vomit all over their vehicle. It is what this company deserves.
