Fantastic experience: I would like to express my heartfelt gratitute to Mr. Harees Abdul Kareem one of the staff members of Deira travel at Alkhail mall, Al quoz. He was very responsible and did a great service regarding my husband's visit visa extension. From the beginning until the end of the process, Mr.Harees was with us and replied to each and every single message we sent to him. He has arranged everything in a pleasant way starting from the bus until the accommodation. His communication was excellent and my husband was very impressed with the service he provided. Negative experience: They made a mistake in booking a business class ticket for us. They typed the name wrongly and they did not correct it. Their response was terrible and unprofessional. We had to chase the employee who made the mistake and almost beg him for days to change the name but nothing. The ticket cost more than AED 13000 and it was non-refundable. The most terrible service ever and the management did not bother or support us in solving the problem.
