Fantastic experience: the Filipina at the counter was so professional and precise to all informations provided to me.. being rude does not mean unprofessional just because you did not get what you personally needed, more often times people just misinterpret the value of information to be given to customers, hence never conclude just because you didn't get what you wanted, there are set rules and procedures to be followed in every places.. people like her should be given kudos for being informative to all my queries and helping me to choose the best option that fit's my need as a passenger.. Precise and reliable information was received, very helpful indeed.. no doubt, I will go back and recommend her best service to my friends..

Negative experience: The Filipina Staff on this branch is very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management of this company will send her to a very intensive training so she will learn on how to treat people nicely no matter what nationality you are.
