Negative experience: Checked with the office on the uae visa charges and was informed that pay was 280 AED per head. Prepared all documentation and called their office today to proceed with payment. The attendant informed me that its 300 AED. The payment of 280 AED was part of promotion. Its important to inform customers about your actual rate and discount on offer to avoid misunderstanding and establish trasparency with your future customers. Hope to see this improvement when i seek your good services next time.
