Negative experience: Had Very poor experience of air arabia flight. Not 1 time its for the 2 times. They told me to leave laptop or pay for the extra weight of laptop. And also charged 310 aed for just 3 kg extra on baggage . And when I am returning from Pakistan they ask me for passport protector which i didn't have. so i ask them where is your manager the receptionist staff does not allow me to chat any one of their seniors and also not delayed my flight. They told me to purchase another ticket and then fly. Very very very poor services.

Negative experience: Theft from baggage, I traveled from Sharja to Bangalore today (16.02.2024), I used check in option from Al nakheel Air Arabia office, after arrival here in Bangalore my 5000RS is not there which I kept in baggage, even sunglass pouch was in open condition and sunglass was not in the pouch, This is a crime, I need to know how I can get my money back.....

Negative experience: هناك ميزة وحيدة له وهي ان المسافر بيعمل الوزن الخاص به في راس الخيمة ويسلم الشنط الخاصة به هنا وبالتالي يروح المطار وهو مرتاح ويوفر الوقت والجهد للمودعين له من الأهل والأحباب.. ويعيبه التشدد الكبير في الميزان وكأنهم يوزنون الذهب وسعر التوصيل بالباص لمطار الشارقة أصبح 50 درهم والمفروض يكون أقل بعض الشيء

Positive experience: It's a very gud Facility for international passengers.. The office helps to take city cheak -in / boarding pass.. Which helps us go go directly to the immigration... Also the Air Arabia provides transportation to airport and from airport.. Which helps us to save money from catching taxi. It will be more effective if the staffs can have little more friendly approach towards the customers... Some of them are little bit rude... Overall it's a very good facility.

Negative experience: Bad and very strict treatment, slowly working and they never answer the telephone. when I'm in the office I didn't hear their phone at all which means that they disconnect it completely لا يجيبون الهاتف أبدا كما أنك ستلاحظ أنه لا يرن من من الأساس مهما طال وقت مكوثك لديهم أي أنهم قد قاموا بفصله مسبقا لا أنصح بالتعمل معهم بدءا من نفسي و عائلتي و أصدقائي وجوه مقتضبة و عمل بطييييييئ جدا

Fantastic experience: Visited the Air Arabia Al Nakheel Ras Al Khaimah branch. This is the only branch in Ras Al Khaimah. They have around 4-5 customer counter available. We can do one day before boarding and submit the luggage one day before it self. OK to board for the visit visa holders can done hear. Luggage plastic rapping available there. Staff are kind and very helpful. Bus service is available for the Air Arabia ticket holder directly to the Shariah airport. Timing in the evening 5:00 pm. Car Parking is available. Waiting area is small but it's enough for the less costumers. Waiting time is around 10 min as per the crowd.
