Positive experience: Activité sympa mais quelle inconvénients première étape on s arrête pour vous faire acheter un foulard ensuite on repart le 4x4 super rien à dire ensuite 3 à 4 minutes de chameau et ensuite plus rien à si bien sur des tonnes de photos (50dr)la photo et c est à vous de demandez les planches pour surfer la petite d'une et après rein à faire on attend le repas spectacle et entre temps on vous pousse à acheter après petit spectacle (sympa) ensuite repas (très bien) et quand vous dîné le chauffeur vient voir en disant qu onre part dans un quart d'heure dommage car s ça pourrait être une super activité le chauffeur super.

Fantastic experience: Wow just wow, it is so worth it our package included so much. Pick up and drop off at our apartment, dessert ride, short camel ride, dessert boarding, 3 shows, food and drinks! A special shout out to Assim (Apologies if that is wrong) he was an amazing driver, great tunes and conversation! When we arrived at the place where the camels are he showed us where everything is, what was included so we didn’t have to pay extra and also got us out quickly so we didn’t get stuck for hours! If you are worried at all, please don’t they are all so helpful! Assim deserves all the praise in the world, what a legend thank you so much!

Negative experience: Pick up is ok, then driver had to stop randomly somewhere to wait for other cars, where of coure the pushy people come and attack u to sell u stuff , he says 10min but is much longer. Then no stop to take pictures in the desert, we arrived to the camp where we did quad bikes in a very small area which is for kids basically. Then dragging non stop for the show to start. People try and sell u so many useless and random things desperately. This really needs to stop as its so cheap and so annoying. Then the cherry on top is the fact that we had to wait for the driver to go drop other people somehwere then come collect us after the show finished, then wait in the car for other cars , blablabla dragging and boring and utterly cheap service. The driver mohammed sami is polite and nice, he is just following rules he says, but other employees need a heavy training as they are impolite and not helpful at all. above all, the manager has to revisit his managerial skills as the way he manages the whole thing is urterly ridiculous .Ive been to other desert safaris before and this is by far the worst with the chepaesy service. Sand boarding is just a couple of random boards where u slide 2 meters.

Negative experience: We had just completed our 7D6N tour with Skyland Tourism. Except for a good experience with the fantastic driver cum tour guide Habib in the Safari desert tour, the rest of the itinerary was average only. Our comments are 1. We didn't quite understand what some guides wanted to inform us as their spoken English is not understandable. 2. During the Abu Dhabi tour, we were taken to a restaurant that was too crowded and we had to wait for a long time to get a table. Hence we wasted time and missed going to the Heritage Village. 3. Communication with the operator must be improved. Many occasions we didn't received immediately feedback from the operater. Our msg were not read for few days and that increased before we headed for Dubai. 4. Too many different persons were handling our booking, thus we had to repeat many times our itinerary to different very confused staff.

Negative experience: I've been on similar trips several times in different countries and this is definitely the worst one. Everywhere they try to sell you something. They cheat with buggies and ATVs if you try to negotiate on the spot. It’s better to clearly record everything in correspondence. sandboarding is just a broken and worn-out board that you can use to slide down the nearest hill. Some toilets don't close at all. Camel riding is a joke. I've ridden camels before and it's never been such a small circle of 15 meters. When we went to the show, no one told us what table we would have. We chose the best table from the usual ones, but they kicked us out and put us in the very last row with the worst view. Perhaps if you chose another company your service would be better. The only good thing is enough food. But they will give it to you after they try to sell the corn.

Negative experience: We took the safari trip to the Desert . Desert experience is amazing. But the driver who took us for pickup and drop-off “HAMAD” was very unpolite,unprofessional. Every 10minutes he would stop and makes us wait and then change cars for no reason and in the return road, he took the very far road, instead of taking from Desert to our house which was 20min ride, he decided to drop the other group which live way after our house leading the ride to taking 1 hour and half and when asked he said theres traffic lights in your way which was ridiculous answer. Please hire professional and respectful drivers.

Fantastic experience: +Super schöne Erfahrung mit einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang in der Wüste, leckerem Essen und tollen Aktivitäten. Dünen fahren, Quad fahren, sandblasted, Kamel reiten(haben wir nicht gemacht weil wir es nicht wollten) … Zeit für Fotos machen ist auch genügend da … Man startet mit dem dune bashing was sehr cool und ausreichend ist. Dort haben wir auch Kamele frei rumlaufen sehen sie kamen sogar direkt bis ans Fenster was echt cool war. Anschließend fährt man ins Camp und kann dort allen Aktivitäten nachgehen. Die quads waren nicht die schnellsten, aber man kann ein Upgrade für schnellere machen. Es war aber trotzdem mega cool. + Shows waren super. Tolle Tänzer. Essen war auch was unseren Geschmack angeht top. Die gegrillten Sachen war super lecker gewürzt und auch Salate sehr frisch. Nachtisch und softgetränke waren inklusive und immer kalt und lecker. +Der Fahrer Sami war sehr nett und höflich man konnte sich super mit ihm unterhalten. Mit Transfer und Abholung vom Hotel und nach dem Essen wird man sicher wieder zurück gebracht. Die Autos fahren auf dem Rückweg in Kolonne. — die Toiletten waren echt eklig und nicht sauber da könnte man mal jemanden einstellen zum sauber machen und sie auch am besten renovieren

Positive experience: It was OK at the price. Good show and all around worth it. But there were some downsides. For example, I didn’t have time to eat my undercooked chicken before we had to leave again. There were also many underhanded attempts at getting money out of us. Like asking 150 AED to smoke a shisha.

Negative experience: Recommend not to book with this agency. Extremely disappointed with Skyland Tourism Dubai City Tour + At The Top. No guide provided at all except dropping you for quick 5 to 10 mins for photos at every so-called attractions. The whole trip was so rush and poorly executed. They do not expect you to have lunch but directly go to burj khalifa right after the city tour. Although we communicated our desired time for Burj Khalifa, but it was ignored.

Fantastic experience: Our guide/driver Habib was great. He was very informative, accommodating and very friendly. He shared the landmark information on the way to safari. Desert safari, shows, food was excellent. It is a must see trip, dune bashing was so much fun.

Negative experience: They need to improve in so many things. Best thing was hotel pick up and drop off The belly dance is not professional they just use any dancer they have because the tourists can't tell the difference between real belly dance and regular ones The food is ok however they say you can go serve how many times you want but they give you 5 minutes to do so.. they take the food away very quickly They say they give free Shushan but they did not give us any. The soft drinks and a lot of things are separate and they will try to sell you everything extra and additional on the cost of the tour Our driver was nice and really good. He helped a lot the other cars stuck in the sand.

Negative experience: Very poor service, they are not committed to what they say and what you pay for. There is no dune bashing they ever offer. They will only pick you from parking and direct to camp which is 2 min from road. And they ask additional money for bashing. No Sand Boarding at all. No Tea and Coffee they provide even if you are VIP. There is no food services for VIP and you have to be in queue and food is limited to few options. They lie everything and then they don’t answer the phone and very poor management. Don’t recommend at all. Please don’t waste money with this company. They use Jannat Camp which they provide service and nothing they care about you.

Negative experience: Bonjour je mets deux étoiles juste pour être gentil car le chauffeur était gentil. Par ou commencer Des l'arrivée on vous demande de payé les chèches habille traditionnels que normalement fait parti du safari. Et pui on vous designe des fauteuils VIP pour vous soutirer plus d'argent. La chicha que normalement est gratuite vous n'avez le droit de l'avoir a table sauf en payant 70 dirhams donc vous devez la fumée dans un coins isolé le buffet et ld bbq ils l'ai ouvrent a une heure d'intervalle les boissons on vous les donne oen faisons la gueule alors que c'est a volonté. Pour les activités Le rallye était top mais le tour de chameau 2 a 3 minutes dans le même endroit le quad sur un carré limité. Les vêtements traditionnels comme indiqué sur la le site est payant et le tatouage au henné vous avez le droit a un seul petit model car tout le reste est payant . Bref c'est une pompe a fric du début a la fin en vous proposes des supplément alors que ce qui a était promis sur le site internet n'est pas accomplie Et pour finir a 21h00 déjà arrivé a l'hôtel alors que le safari devait duré 6heures Le calcule est vite fait fait 6heures moins 2 heures de trajet cela fait 4 heures de prestation Merci je ne referai jamais avec eu

Fantastic experience: Sami was amazing and we had an amazing time we originally booked via a website called desert safari uae. It is organised by Skyland tourism. One of the best experience ever.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this experience. Pick up vehicle was a run-down jeep with poor working airconditioning. The car had more than 500k on the meter. It was 40C and there was no water in the car, ride to safari was one hour! When we arrived we had to wait 20 min in the hot car before change to the newer (2021 model) jeep for the dune bashing. One the dunes, one passanger started feeling a bit dizzy, from heat and wild ride. We asked driver to slow down..Eventually he did, for a few minutes. Then he sped up again and we cone flying over a dune that had very steep other side. The car has a hard hit on the front and all backseat passangers get bruised by seat belts. One passanger is bleeding and impact on collar bone is pretty bad. Driver didn’t first even stop! We asked to stop to check injuries. Driver checked only the car. I check on the injured passanger. There was no ice or first aid kit in the car. We ask to be driven back to camp so we could put ice on the bruises. Driver didn’t even say sorry. Rest of the show, the injured passanger sat with headache and neck pain… I have written a complaint to the company but they haven’t responded. I cannot recommend this company, due to lack of health and safety.

Negative experience: The driver makes the experience and had one of the worst. Very rude. Before heading into safari we stopped at shops.. went to the shop next door and driver had the horn on aggressively. The way he spoke to us was bang out of order. Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. My sister was visiting from Canada and thought a dune bashing morning would be exciting for her. After booking online with my credit card details and receiving email confirmation and pickup details for the next day Skyland stopped all communication whatsoever. I decided to make our pick up location as Studio One for ease and a place we could have lunch after the morning drive. The Skyland pickup never showed up for the 8:30 am pickup. Worse yet they never responded to any calls, WhatsApp messages and then had the gall to say that they did not confirm the excursion even though I had confirmation and pickup details sent to me by them. Then they said it was not their fault cause people had left the office. Then why send a confirmation?? They have zero ability to accept responsibility for their mistake and then offered 20 dirhams off another tour. Zero stars for customer service and zero stars for accountability. Pick another tour company, I did and had a great trip the next day with another tour company.

The driver was friendly who came to pick us up and we enjoyed a lot as it was our first experience of safari. All the staff were well mannered and polite. Really appreciate skyland tourism nd team ,, hardly recommended

Positive experience: Lovely experience, however some stuff needed to be fixed asap! We really enjoyed our time we spent at dessert safari, Especially activities we made there. We started with the dune bashing from desert meeting point. Then we had our quad bikes, that was so fun driving fast and crazy over the deserts sand. After that we made the sand boarding which was a bit risky because you don’t want your clothes to become dirty by falling on the sand . Third thing we made is camel riding, really nice experience as well. Finally we got to shows which were Entertaining and we had our launch watching last show. Unfortunately two things need to fixed which are: 1- the weather in shows sitting area was extremely hot, no air conditioning or any other cooling methods at all. 2- Second thing food which was awful, i had nothing taste good beside drinks. Other things were great like hotel pick up and drop off, staff were nice, and free drinks and Arabian desserts are available too. *We bought Arabian outfits from a shop on the road to desert, prices were normal and we had free drinks from them.

Fantastic experience: The evening desert safari was an amazing adventure with Skyland Tourism. Dune bushing and buggies were cool, speeds, adrenaline, sliding on a sand, girls screaming . And the enjoyable sunset in the middle of the desert. All equipment is in a good condition, our guide was very skilled and experienced. Then were camels, sand boarding, delicious food, and a very skilled light and fire show. Very much recommend this tour to couples, friends, and families with kids (kids can skip the buggy).

Negative experience: I have earlier experienced desrt safari with other tour operaters which was great but our "SKYLAND TOURISM" is the worst as we reached at 4.30 pm batch of 13 ppl at sharjah location given parked our cars waited for the 4x4 beast to come to take us dune bashing its with big disappointment to say till 6 pl we are waiting waiting , we decided to cancel trip and took our payment back thw whole friday was fried literally... would like to add an employee in blue Tshirt of Skyland tours replied to my question how can 7 ppl sit in your 4x4 vehicle " Chayiye tho dass aadmi bhi bitaa denge aap bolegatho- means we can allow 10 ppl also in the vehicle if you say,isnt that odd this is the attitude of a tour operater where service should be taken care .. please note the 4X4 VEHICLE we saw can accommodate only 1(driver)+6 ... Altogether very unprofessional and not at all suggestable to go with...

Negative experience: In one word...Pathetic. At 4:30 PM, we arrived at the pick-up spot. Till 6 PM, they made us wait after taking the amount from us. That too under the Sun without any shelters. After the Sunset too, our ride did not come. Finally we had to mind our own business. A Friday wasted. One word of advice. Refrain from handing over the ride-fee or any advance bookings with this company until you are seated for the ride. Avoid 'taken for granted' situations.

Negative experience: I’ve been on several desert safari tours in Dubai that were excellent, but this was absolutely horrible. If I had never been on a tour I would still have been shocked by the level of disorganization. I kept expecting someone to usher us someplace for an activity or dinner (standard on other tours), but we all just sat and waited around a stage for 2 hours while nothing happened. The camel part was literally 3 min long. The guy walked us around in one small circle like a child at the circus. It was laughable. There was a lot of garbage (old beds and mattresses, scrap metal) strewn all over the dunes around the compound. There was no sand surfing as indicated. At one point a falcon guy approached us and I asked him to put on a mask (COVID). He refused, put the bird on my friend and then demanded 40 Dhs. It was very disingenuous. Another guy kept approaching us repeatedly about putting a wrap/scarf around our heads. Even after saying no 3-4 times, he kept hounding us that we finally gave in. Then he demanded 50 Dhs. Other tours that I’ve taken there were no aggressive hawkers and in fact falconry shows and tying a scarf around the tourist head for them etc were included. The food served at dinner was not edible (served in plastic containers that looked like they had been prepared days earlier and sat out in the desert for a while). We fed it to the feral cats. At no point on our entire trip were we offered water to drink. Five hours in the desert and no water. The toilets had no water to wash hands in the sink. The dune bashing was fun (15min) and the belly dancer was great (10 min). Overall this was a complete waste of time and money.

Negative experience: Very disorganised camp. There is no parking available and people are forced to park on the side of the road. The police fined everyone who had parked. They said that its allowed to park there. The quality of drinks and food was very average. The free shisha was just in a corner and they didn't start that until 7pm. All the people driving and serving were very rude and never gave a straight answer. Ive been to many camps but this was the worst. Pls avoid it.

Negative experience: I really wish I could say I had a good time on my tour. I’m generally a very easygoing person. But the Al Ain day tour I took with them regrettable very terrible. I called about a private day tour, because I needed to be back at my hotel at 4:30pm and to be picked up at 8:30 instead (instead of the advertised 9:30-5:30pm). They agreed. Later they messaged me that another guest would be joining my tour, fine with me. The issues began the following morning. My driver was 30min late, arriving at nearly 9am. Then we had to drive nearly an hour out of the way to pick up the second guest. We did not begin heading towards Al Ain until almost 10am, which completely defeated the purpose of me starting the day earlier. A responsible tour company would’ve reached out and adjusted the starting time to 7:30am on account of the new addition. We arrived at the Al Ain zoo at almost noon. The place was basically empty, and due to the time of day most animals were not visible. We only got to spend 30min there bc at this point we had to rush to hit the road again by 3pm. Then we spent 15min at Jabel Hafit, and 10min at the hot spring, where we basically poked our heads inside to look for 30 seconds. We were then driven to the oasis, where we were informed the national museum is closed, and to be able to tour the oasis we could either walk for an hour (for which we had no time at that point), or to pay 20ED for a golf cart. We opted for the latter in the interest of time. We spent about 30min there, and barely 5min for the palace inside. In the end, when we looked at the list of places we were supposed to visit, we had not seen the Zahili fort, the mall, the national museum, or the camel market (nearly half of what was advertised on the website). We pushed to go to the camel market and got to make a 2 min stop for photos before having to head back. My issue isn’t the fact that another guest joined my tour. My issue is with the fact that the tour company didn’t think to reorganize the time in the interest of its clients, bc when I messaged them about this they basically said, unhelpfully, that it was my fault for having to return early. The driver was extremely rude and gave me and the other guest a great deal of attitude for asking questions; he even got lost several times and had to ask for directions at many of the stops we made. We also lost a lot of time at gas stations getting water and fuel - something I feel like could’ve been done beforehand? Overall, this was a vastly disappointing experience - something that may be an outlier given all the other positive reviews. In any case, I personally wouldn’t recommend my experience to anybody. Al Ain seems like such a cool place to visit, but go with a different company.

Fantastic experience: Just reach our hotel back from evening Desert Safari with Habib. We are very lucky to come across this company and even luckier to have Habib as our driver and guide. He is very professional, polite, soft spoken and experience. He really took care of us throughout the day. We really had a lot of fun and enjoyed every bit of it with camel ride and all the shows. Negative experience: Very bad experience with this agency, recommand not to book from this agency. I booked medium package for Desert safari, they pick up at 2.30 from my hotel, drive us one and half hour to pick up other persons. We were seated in middle seat, driver changed our seat to back, even other group and we paid the same price. In the middle of trip, driver stopped the car and threat to return back all of us. I think other people were not happy and were barganing for price as they were told it will be private car for them. With this huddles we reach the place very lately at around not enough time to do all the stuffs there. Even in dune Basing they put us in back seat, I complain the driver, he said he will take care of us later. Later instead of helping us, he took us to local agency for quad biking and camel photography and charged us expensive price, it looks like driver gets commission from them as well. At last they changed the car and drop us at the nearest train station not to the hotel.

Negative experience: I've been to a several dessert safari's before, but this one was the worst experience of them all. First it started when i called the company and asked for the price of the VIP package in which i was told it's AED 115, but when i reached the place they told me this is the normal package and i have to pay extra AED 50 and when i explained that this is the price given to me for the VIP they asked me to call the same person i contacted at first but then he was like you'll only pay AED 35 and so i did. After the dinner i ordered shesha (hookah) and they asked me to pay extra AED 50 and so i did, but when the shesha arrived the driver came and said that we need to make a move. Then i asked them to return the money of the shesha since i didn't smoke it, they were like no he's gone and it's your mistake you paid for it! It all felt to me like some sort of hustling scheme in which i have to pay extra for everything although i was very clear from the beginning that i want the VIP package.

Fantastic experience: My first international trip..and one of the best experience with Skyland..a well organised team..very nicely took care of 25plus members in our group. Our guide Mr.Shafeek was the bonus we got..he is very well versed about the places and was helpfull to all in our group...really look forward to more trips with Skyland..and will happily recommend to all who love to travell..
