Negative experience: ما انصح فيه اسوء محل للسفريات حجزت اول شي تجلس ع مكتب الشخص اللي يدخل لك الطلب وكل ما تريد تساله سؤال تلاقيه يسكتك علشان يرد على فونه و تجلس تنتظر فوق الدقيقتين كله مشغولين بتلفوناتهم الشخصية وثاني شي كله يسوون عمارهم عارفين كل شي مثلا عندي خدامة بسفرها معي لتايلند قال لي ما تحتاج فيزا تحت 15 يوم واهني فتايلند طلبوها منا والحمدلله زوجي كان قلبه مو مطمن و سواها قبل السفر

Negative experience: The agent gave me different prices for turkey visa, I called and it was 250 then he asked for 280 when I arrived. I Also requested airport transfer and he asked for 1300 AED which is insane!

We had requested flexi refundable tickets and they ensured us they were however that not the case and after payment they stated any changes would have extra charges & fare charges that exceeded the original flight!
